Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Upper Manhattan

This was our third year staying there, it always feels like home. Geraldine is there to greet you, show you around and makes sure you know you can get in touch with her at any time. The house is exactly like the photos, clean, plenty of space. There is a harbor and small beach within walking distance . There are plenty of beach towels, umbrellas, toys for a day at the beach. She makes sure on your first morning you have coffee, juice and homemade treats!! We will continue to stay here every year!!!!

Great location in the heart of Park Slope! Exactly what I needed for my trip and glad I was able to bring my dog along. Would stay again!

Paulette was a wonderful host very kind and responsive. She replied quickly whenever I had questions. Her home was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I’d definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

this home makes you feel right at home. plenty of room. great location. great host , very courteous. best place to stay if visiting long island. very safe neighborhood, short walking distance to shops, beach and LIRR station

Elayna's place was beautiful, quiet. Her place were exactly as seen in the photos. if I do return to NY/NJ I would definitely stay here again. 5 star aren't enough stars for this place.

We had a wonderful time at Deirdre’s place which was a last minute booking. She was very responsive and we felt so much at home, with everything we needed to keep our family of 5 safe and occupied. We especially loved the playroom and books for all ages. The backyard tire swing and bird watching was a hit with my bigger kids too. There was lots of space to spread out if we had come with more family as well. Great stay- thank you again, Deirdre!

Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

We found Haithum to be a woderful and responsive host. The place was well equipped, spotless and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the tv's are huge. There is a lovely backyard and pool, but since we were "off season", we didn't make use of them. This unit is the lower floor of a home. There are other renters on the upper floor that can be heard on occasion, but hardly a deal breaker. We would definitely consider staying here again. FYI, the AirBnB fee kicked the cost up almost $30 per day so be aware.

Jake’s place is so comfortable and charming. Absolutely loved making this our home away from home for a few weeks. The property is stunning and so peaceful. The house had everything we could need!

What can you say that hasn't been already said by previous reviewers. John's house in Freeport is a gem. Perfect getway for weekend for our family. We were greeted by a nice bottle of wine and a generous basket of snacks (always a nice touch). The house was spacious and super clean. The beds were extremely comfy and the kitchen was well equipped for anything you may need. So many fun things we really didn't get to take advantage of (Tiki Room, fire pit etc..). But the crowning jewel is the location on the water. If you just want a place to sit and relax as the sun rises or sets (yes you get to see both from the back deck) this is your place. John was a gracious and responsive host. We hope to be back next year.

Fanny is an amazing host and very responsive. The house was in a very peaceful and relaxing neighborhood; that is as described! The design of the house (the living room and bedrooms) elevates the view from the inside. The kitchen felt like home as it has everything one would need to cook! There’s also plenty of board games to enjoy with others. The beds are very comfortable. The best part is the porch as it looks at the greenwood lake and is so beautiful when spending sometime outside! Would definitely revisit this place as it is very clean and spacious! Comfortable, clean, peaceful home located in a young professional community that has local amenities with nearby access (walking distance) to transportation into NYC.

Mark and Loretta were great hosts. They had coloring books and crayons laid out for the kids and the rooms and amenities were very accommodating for our family of 5, including a 6 and 4 year old and 6 month baby. The home itself was very cozy and beautiful. A description of the history of the property and surrounding area was provided as well and was very interesting to read. The location was perfect for us as well with plenty of activities just a short driving distance away, including many local suggestions made by Mark and Loretta. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return someday ourselves! Thanks again Mark and Loretta!!

Great place! Very spacious unit with nice kitchen area (big fridge!) and super comfy bed. Amy was very attentive and took care of all our needs. Would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable place to stay for a couple or single person. We were in town for an event in RVC and Bernice's place was a convenient 10 minute ride away. Everything was as described and the bed was extremely nice! Would stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, Peter made us feel incredibly welcome. The home is full of classic New York charm, with stylish, modern touches that made it both elegant and inviting. The space was spotless, the kitchen well-stocked, and every detail clearly thought through to create a comfortable and relaxing stay. The neighborhood was vibrant and full of character, yet peaceful enough for quiet mornings with coffee. Peter went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Great communication and easy checkin, spotless & stylish! We had a wonderful last minute spring getaway from the city. Compared to other airbnbs around, seemed comparatively good value for money. We cooked meals in the apartment and the kitchen is well appointed for doing so; there is also a keurig and French press.
