We have stayed here before and never disappoints. This place is in a perfect location directly across from a public access to the beach (#18) so just steps away. Gulf views from the upper deck while having your morning coffee. Close to restaurants and plenty to do.

Great place for our family of four. Would definitely stay here again! Convenient to shops and restaurants at “Big Chill”. Had a great vacation!

Jessica’s home was wonderful. It was updated, decorated very nicely and clean. Tons of instructions and amenities in the kitchen. The house is away from all the condos so the beach was not crazy busy. Would highly recommend!!!

This was our first time visiting the area and we will certainly be back. Mitch was very informative and very responsive. We had one very minor issue the first night (nothing big) but Mitch went above and beyond to address it. The home was beautiful and conveniently located to state park beach access and dining/entertainment. Can’t wait to stay here again!

I simply can’t say enough positive things about our stay to do it justice! Ron was very responsive and made sure we felt at home. The space was perfect. Very clean, just the right size, and in a great location. The sweet gift was something that set our stay apart from others and is such a nice memento for us to hold onto. A beautiful, clean, cozy, pet friendly home that’s just a short walk to the beach! What more could you ask for? We had all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. My family and I felt right at home here! Kristi had great communication and is the sweetest! We would absolute stay here again!! Life is short, book the trip!!

The townhouse was perfect for my family that traveled in for a local tournament. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay.

One of the highlights was the easy access to child-friendly amenities, which made packing so much easier and more efficient. The space was comfortable and well-equipped for our needs. Loved this home! Very close to the beach less than a ten minute walk. Super easy check in and check out process. It was a perfect space and I was always able to get a response from the host! Definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! The location couldn’t have been better, just barely under a 3 minute walk to the beach and close to great restaurants. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything super easy. The amenities were top-notch, and having a closet outside stocked with beach chairs and other essentials was a huge bonus. Parking was convenient and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again!

The listing photos are exactly what we experienced. Everything was clean and organized and the area was no right downtown meaning less traffic. The pool right out the back door was a definite plus! We would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful time staying at John’s place! Our favorite part was that the listing was pet friendly and that it was in close proximity to public beach access 45. The check-in, rules, and check-out instructions were all concise and easy to follow. We would definitely recommend this property for vacationing as a small family or as two couples! My pup gives it 5 stars for being right off the main strip but also being tucked away in a quiet, low traffic area. She also loved the short drive to the dog beach at pier park.

We stayed here for a week while in town for a baseball tournament, and this home was absolutely perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed—and more. We realized after arriving that we forgot to pack our wagon, which is essential for hauling gear to the games. To our surprise (and relief!), there was a sturdy, reliable wagon available at the house that saved the day. It’s those thoughtful touches that made this stay stand out. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I cannot say enough great things about Jessica’s place. Check in was smooth and the rental was super clean. My kids and husband absolutely loved the golfing game. She had absolutely everything we needed including beach essentials. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, utensils and pans as well as her cute little coffee bar. Bathrooms, and bedrooms were clean with comfy beds and a tv in each room which was really nice at night. Great location with a pool right across the street. She was super responsive to any questions we had. It was such a great stay and we will definitely be back to stay again.

Perfect walk to the beach with easy access of everything and also able to sit in the back porch all night if wanted. The only thing I would change is to have the back patio bigger and also spaced out but amazing place to stay if you want to go to PCB
