Monthly Rentals in Upper Grand Lagoon

The studio was perfect for my stay of about two months for work. It's clean and has all the essentials, and getting to the beach was very convenient. Marisela is an amazing host. As soon as I arrived, she made me feel at home. She invited me over for dinner a number of times (which was always delicious) and she helped me get to know the area too. She was always proactive and she worked to accommodate me even as my work changed the schedule of my stay significantly. I could not have asked for a better stay, or a better host. Thank you Marisela!

We stayed at Phillip’s place over the weekend for a last minute get away with the kids and we couldn’t have been happier! The beach cottage was a short walk to the beach and very close to shops and restaurants. We had everything that we needed in the home and it was everything we expected. There was a small issue with the toilet the night we arrived but our host took care of it and we were able to go enjoy our day worry free. We will definitely be looking at Phillip’s listings again when we go back to the beach!

Probably one the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in in Florida! Visited our daughter and son in law and our 3 month old grandson that live nearby. We came from Clearwater. Spotless, clean and inviting! Loved the porch and spent a lot of time in the rockers and swing in morning and evening enjoying the birds on the feeder and wind chime 🎶🎶. Nice big bedrooms and master bath. Very close to restaurants (Uncle Ernie’s is always great) Copper Tap Grill is good. PCB is about 15 minutes away or less. Schooner restaurant there is on beach and really good. Great location and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us, Barbara! Was nice talking with you too.

had a wonderful time at this beautiful townhouse. very well equipped for our three week stay. Just steps from the beautiful beach. Sandi was very responsive to any needs or questions that we had. would definitely stay here again!
