Monthly Rentals in Upper Franklin Canyon Reservoir

Mathilda was an amazing host! I had to book her place last minute due to another Airbnb having a mold issue and not matching the description. I was in a panic and Mathilda was responsive right away and made me feel at home after an uncomfortable situation. Her place is a nice size and very pristine and quiet. I loved hearing the sounds of nature every day and she was responsive any time I had a question or needed anything. She is such a kind and warm, caring person and I would stay with her again in a heartbeat. The area is also very safe and family oriented, and central to everything and when I got back at late hours due to my rehearsal schedule it was easy to get in. You will not regret your stay with her, she deserves more than 5 stars! I’m now moving to LA!

My daughter stayed in this cozy studio for a month while she was between leases. The area is safe and it was so nice to have a reserved parking spot right outside the door and access to laundry facilities. She really enjoyed the area and being able to walk to a coffee shop. Sayoko and Barry were so friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

I was visiting family in LA and Alison’s place worked perfectly as a home base during my stay. The location is so convenient to restaurants and stores yet very residential - phenomenal location. Also, the neighborhood is beautiful and felt very safe when I went on morning runs. I enjoyed relaxing in the pool area, and although cold, truly enjoyed the pool once acclimated. Thank you, Alison!
