Vacation rentals with a sauna in Upper Franconia

Whenever we travel south from Berlin, we try to book this apartment which has everything we need.

If you want a little break from stressful everyday life, this is the place to be. Mr. Ulm is very friendly and helpful and you can tell that he and his wife have given a lot of thought to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. Here is especially the "mini supermarket" where you can find everything you need for a short break (e.g. hot rolls, noodles, coffee, etc.). Even if you don't feel like cooking yourself, there are catering dishes from a local catering company that can be easily prepared in the oven and taste great, without any artificial ingredients. In addition to the living area, there is the separate spa area. Here, too, there is a lot of love for detail such as homemade scrubs and sauna infusions, so you can spend some relaxing hours here. All in all, we enjoyed it very much and we will definitely be back.

Our 5-day stay in this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The decor was not only beautiful, but also very tasteful and immediately gave us a feeling of home. Particularly noteworthy is the sauna, which turned our stay into a relaxing oasis. The apartment was always clean, which shows how much value the landlady places on cleanliness and comfort. We were greeted with loving care that we so rarely experience. The landlady herself was incredibly warm and always took care of our well-being. The location of the apartment in a quiet and relaxing area perfectly rounded off our vacation. Here you could really switch off and relax. We highly recommend this stay and would come back any time. Enchanting apartment in Lochau Between rolling hills lies the well-equipped apartment of Irmgard. We had wonderful nights in the cozy bedroom and were able to relax after hiking days on the terrace or the huge sofa.

We highly recommend Markus' vacation home. It corresponds 100% to the description, is pleasantly tastefully furnished and very well equipped. In short, nothing is missing! Although the garden was not yet finished with us, that will certainly change soon. As a starting point for excursions to Franconian Switzerland or to Bamberg, Nuremberg, etc., the house is ideal. Gößweinstein itself is also a nice little place, even if the average age of most visitors is certainly well above retirement age. Communication with Markus is pleasant and characterized by short response times, problems are resolved immediately. We will be happy to come back!

There's nothing wrong with it. The place is totally beautiful, super clean, nicely processed (no puff) and everything was really thought of. The decor and decor is stylish and not cluttered. It makes you feel right at home. A very clear recommendation. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Sandy and Rico's cottage. We were warmly welcomed and we felt like we were at the 5-star hotel, if not better - by the great privacy on site. We especially enjoyed the fact that everything was very dog friendly. Our dog was able to move freely in the fenced garden, there were cups, blankets, bowls and a small snack ready for him. Three houses down at the end of the road directly start hiking trails, so you are quickly in nature. A highlight for us were of course the sauna and the hot tub, but we can also only highlight the little touches from the hosts everywhere in the house. Everything was really as described online in the place. All rooms were spotlessly cleaned. Air conditioning, swimming pool, sauna, foosball and darts make even the longest stay super pleasant and varied. The sauna and pool can be used completely unrestricted was a huge plus for our group. The outdoor area is equipped with enough furniture and there is enough space to arrange it as you want. A little thing that needs a little extra effort is the seclusion to shopping. There is no supermarket within walking distance. But that was also known from the start and also nothing Jürgen can do. Conclusion: Any time again! Was definitely worth its price (6.).

We had a great stay at Toni's vacation home! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the wonderful scenery and sunset in the garden while barbecuing and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

We spent wonderful days in Serverin's house with our three children. We all had enough space and everyone could retreat. The house is sparkling clean, the location was nice and quiet, we had a wonderful view from the terrace. You can go hiking directly from the house. The proximity to Bamberg was also great. So we could stroll through the beautiful old town and our daughter was also satisfied.

The house exceeded our expectations. The amenities are great, nothing is missing in the kitchen. Our children enjoyed the spacious grounds with swings and fireplace. The sauna was gladly used. The surroundings are quiet and the nature is beautiful. We also visited nearby Gößweinstein and a little further away Bamberg and Bayreuth. We recommend the place and would come back if in the area, if we can. All the best to our hosts.

There were 6 of us in the accommodation with a baby and child. We were warmly welcomed by Jürgen's cousin and also super friendly instructed in everything :) Everything was super clean and comfortably prepared. We felt right at home. The kitchen has everything you need and more. From coffee and spices to ice cubes in the freezer. We liked using the hot tub and sauna, and we didn't mind that the hot tub was basically in the yard. The beds were very comfortable. Even for babies, everything was thought of here, from changing mat in the bathroom to swimming diapers, everything was there. Not far from the house is a really nice "children's nature trail," which is really highly recommended. A 2-minute walk is a nice playground and in the house there is also enough activity for the kids. The sports field next door was used from time to time, but it was not noisy or disturbing. The house is really well thought out. We were all more than satisfied and felt completely comfortable :)
