You will be staying in a bright basement apartment in the middle of the city in the best location on the fortress hill. Quiet and centrally located 10 min. to the city and 15 min. to the Veste. Living and dining area with kitchen without dishwasher, bedroom 1.60 m x 2 m double bed; both with exit to the approx. 22 sqm terrace. Bathroom with oversized bathtub and walk-in shower tiled with granite. As this is a basement apartment, it can be reached by an entrance staircase with 15 steps. Please note this.

Ski season is open! About 20 km away is the Wagner and World Heritage city of Bayreuth. Muckenreuth is located on the edge of the Fichtel Mountains and Franconian Switzerland, as well as at the gateway to the Upper Palatinate and is ideal for hiking, biking, skiing and relaxing. Free parking is also available in the fenced property and in front of the garage.

Relax between the Fichtel Mountains and Franconian Switzerland, experience culture in nearby Bayreuth, feel good in our new and biologically renovated apartment!!! Our granny apartment is on the 2nd floor of our house and has a separate entrance. The fully equipped kitchen is available to the renter completely alone. We have designed our little oasis with a lot of heart and look forward to welcoming our guests!
