Monthly Rentals in Upland

I had a perfect stay for short weekend visit with my kids who attend college in the area (Pitzer, Caltech). The one-bedroom is quiet, tidy, clean, and compact, while having all the amenities convenient to an apartment stay. Walking distance to Upland Donuts, which I discovered on this trip!

As nomadic travelers who stay in Airbnb rentals pretty much full time, we can honestly say that Cheryl & Tim’s brilliant, adorable attic conversion is the most welcoming, cozy,well maintained unit we have ever had the pleasure to call home. These hosts could teach a master class in making guests feel comfortable. The other reviews accurately describe all the tangible amenities, so I’ll just add that we truly appreciate the space these hosts created & can highly recommend to any person/ couple staying in the Upland/Claremont area. We already booked a return stay.

The place was wonderful it was perfect for a short stay and was extremely clean. Reed had amazing communication throughout the entire trip making everything so much easier. Would recommend and stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this guest house! It’s spacious and cozy, and we especially enjoyed the fireplace. The workspace was perfect for getting some work done on a laptop. The patio was fantastic, offering a beautiful mountain view. One of the highlights was the incredible lemon tree—we loved picking fresh lemons! Everything was perfect, and we’d love to come back again.
