Direct access from the living room to the terrace (20 square meters) with a generous seating set. Bus to Vienna (city limit 3 km/center 20) runs every half hour. Two supermarkets on site. Just five minutes into the woods.

Cutlery, dishes, pans, radio, coffee maker, towels, 2 persons down, 4 upstairs. A small TV and an Xbox360 and a SAT antenna now allows access to content such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Youtube. There is a small renovated wine celar with 5 different wines from Gernot Reisenthaler to choose.

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

Accessed via a private staircase, an anteroom with kitchen, a large living room ( dining table, corner couch and TV), three separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, all on one level, are available. There are many cozy places to relax in the 2000m2 fully fenced garden. From May to October you can use the pool,which is heated by solar collectors.
