For guests with a car, 2 covered parking spaces are available. The trade fair can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. At the same time, the apartment is very close to the S-Bahn station, so that Nuremberg city center can be reached quickly and without searching for a parking space.

Our vacation home is located on the 2nd floor of the granny flat of our single-family house built in 2018 in the Franconian architectural style. Our cozy vacation apartment is located on the second floor and has a free parking space. Bicycles brought along can be parked in a separate basement room and also charged if necessary. The garden with its covered pavilion invites you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings and sunbathing. Even small families will find plenty of space with us. A baby cot can also be provided by arrangement. Pets are welcome at no extra charge.
