On the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and washing facility. In the basement there is a washing machine and a dryer. The property is in a very residential area in residential areas. Shopping and the S-Bahn are easily accessible at foot.

The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.
