Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in University Place

This is the second time we’ve stayed here, and would definitely come back for a third. Traveling with our two kids (7/3) and we felt right at home. Lots of nice restaurants nearby within walking distance. Great place, thank you!

We felt so relaxed from the moment we arrived and felt at home immediately. My husband unexpectedly had a medical emergency and we just wanted to be home but the place made my husband relax and recuperate in what felt like the next best thing. The windows and view of trees is a fresh breath of air. Everything was as described and had everything we needed and expected.

The view was amazing! Beautiful home that was very comfortable! We’d stay there again in a heart beat.

House was spotless and very cozy. Cathy was great at communicating which made the whole process extremely easy. Would definitely stay again!

I cannot even begin to say how much Chris and Michelle’s place exceeded our expectations. We were in town for 4 days for a family wedding. Lots to do in the area and even though we were busy with wedding festivities, we completely enjoyed our time at their stunning home. Sitting inside by the big windows overlooking the water and Mt. Rainier, being outside on their porch again looking at the water and Mt. Rainier! What breath taking views! Chris and Michelle paid great attention to details from all the binoculars, the fabulous welcome basket, a fully stocked kitchen, comfy bedrooms with plenty of amenities. If we didn’t have wedding festivities we could have easily stayed in the house just relaxing and taking it all in. We appreciated their promptness when we needed a question answered. Definitely would rebook if we are in town again for events where we need room plenty of room.

Cute place in a great location. It had all that we needed as well. Host was responsive to our questions. Overall, great place to stay if you want to be close to a city and also have plenty of outdoor stuff to do.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The house was quaint and so well decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and plenty of room to hang and store our clothes for the week. We had everything we needed and more. The house was spotless. Monica thought of everything for her guests. We will definitely stay at this house again on our next trip to Tacoma. I highly recommend Monica for the entire experience!

Victorias place was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The Captains Quarters are a must stay place if you’re in long branch/lakebay. It felt like we were truly a captain of a ship, especially since the view was absolutely amazing. Victoria was so responsive, kind, and gave local recommendations. The private beach is even more gorgeous than the pictures, and it felt like a getaway from home. Our only regret is that we didn’t do more on the property! Would definitely stay here again. Props to Victoria and the amazing space!

Another wonderful stay! This is my second time to enjoy these accommodations, and I’ll always stay here when I’m in the area. The bed is SO comfy, hot shower, coffee and sweet cream, chocolates, water bottles… just a great stay. Such a cute little apartment! 💗

Really great spot, perfect for two! The patio gives a beautiful sunset view. Instructions were super clear and host was responsive when we needed. Highly recommend!

This was truly one of the most relaxing weekends we’ve had in quite a long time. We met Sara & Jerry upon our arrival- they were very warm & made us feel comfortable right away. The apartment is perfect for a couple that wants to get away to a beautifully serene, relaxing, & quiet place. The apartment is comfortable & decorated very well. Sara keeps the grounds a gorgeous sanctuary for birds & bees. On a few occasions we even got to see the Bald Eagle couple that like to nest in one of the very tall trees of the property. It was so nice to wake up to a stunning view each morning & just enjoy the view. The stars are out at night so bright & if you ask, Jerry will leave you a little fire wood if you’d like to sit down by the little fire pit they have. Sara & Jerry are both kind, gracious, & hospitable people with a great love for the island & their community. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to recover after surgery. The variety of places to sit and relax was excellent. Really enjoyed the outdoor sitting areas. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook including good quality knives and cookware (much better than many other places I've stayed). Lots of thoughtful details like beach towels and chairs, outdoor blankets, binoculars to watch birds and boats, extra blankets and pillows. The host was responsive to a couple of special needs and we enjoyed the baked goods they provided. It is a bit of a drive to restaurants or grocery stores which was fine for us. It was perfect for rest and relaxation.

Jeffrey was a wonderful host who provided so many recommendations on where to travel, clear instructions with pictures on entering/exiting and house amenity usage, and even sent me maps on train travel. His abode was very clean, simple, and comfortable. He was responsive and accomodating; I highly recommend him!

Quiet safe area that is not too far from Olympia and close to Zittles Marina. I like to start my day with coffee and there is a full size coffee pot. Excellent place.

We absolutely loved our stay! Toni Marie made everything so easy and the apartment exceeded our expectations from all the little touches to the surprisingly comfy sofabed to the serene rooftop. If we had to single out a favorite detail, it’s the big surrounding trees that make the apartment feel like it’s in the middle of a city park. Everything was perfect and we didn’t want to leave!

We just had an amazing time in Robert’s place - made extra special because we could park our car easily there and go absolutely everywhere by foot! The apartment was extremely well equipped, comfortable and Robert was an exceptionally responsive and proactive host. We’ll be back!

Check in was seamless and we really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants in town. The place was very cozy and perfect for my husband and I. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. We will return to Tonia’s next time we are in Bainbridge!

We really enjoyed the stay at Brianne’s place, great location surrounded by nice restaurants and cafes, the place is very cozy and clean. We never get tired of the view of the balcony! Highly recommended!!!

House was in a great location with a lot of restaurants nearby. Apartment was stocked very well with amenities needed for our stay. Garage parking that came with the house was very convenient. Nitpick: Dropping the parking fob back in the house after taking the car out of the garage is a bit tedious.

Really lovely stay at Rachel's place. Best parts for me was the location (easy walks to all the Winslow has to offer and on/off the ferry to head to the city. The other good parts were the bed (comfy) and the landscaping around the space - very well done. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect! On the waterfront and close to everything. The hosts allowed us to check in early and were very responsive. The condo had everything we needed and was very nicely decorated!

The AirBnB was perfect for a week long stay in Seattle. Its right in downtown, so you can walk down and get to restaurants, shops and more. Pike place and waterfront are at walking distance too. I could go on runs with my dog along the waterfront. Its a secure building which made the experience more safe and relaxed for me.
