Monthly Rentals in University Place

This is a great location. It is near everything in the area. I've stayed here 3 times already and loved every single time I've been there. The place is very clean and organized. A very comfortable bed and super reliable wifi which I need when I am there. This last time the weather was in the high 80s and the whole area was very cool and comfortable. I can't recommend Ester's place enough.

Our stay at Cecil and Shelly’s AirBNB was absolutely fantastic—our first time using the platform, and it exceeded all expectations. They are truly exceptional hosts who made us feel safe, comfortable, and welcomed throughout our 3-month stay. Their home is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained, with a very dog-friendly atmosphere that we appreciated greatly. The nearby parks provided great outdoor spaces for walks and exercise. I was able to work from home five days a week without any issues, thanks to the peaceful and well-equipped environment. Cecil and Shelly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and their hospitality made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful place and hosts and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, convenient, and comfortable place to stay for an extended period. Truly, it was a memorable experience!

The cottage was very comfortable, it was in a great location with tons of privacy. It is great for 1-2 persons. Very clean and great responses from Kathy. Would recommend!

Great place for a long weekend visiting friends. Have stayed here before so I knew the area. Heather is a great host...lots of suggestions for dining and sightseeing. Very comfy accommodations with everything you'd need for a pleasant stay. You are also within walking distance to a Fred Meyer so grocery shopping is quite easy. Dining out is simple just a short walk to some very good retaurants. This is definitely a hidden gem
