Monthly Rentals in University City

Always a great place to stay when visiting St. Louis, if you’re looking to be close to Wash U, Clayton, The Loop, or Forest Park it’s perfectly situated — and you’re far enough from downtown to have peace and quiet, but close enough to get to the stadiums easily.

Our stay was very comfortable! We had no problems checking in, the home was well-appointed and well-maintained, and we loved the location on the Loop. Very glad we stayed!

The accommodations were wonderful. The host was wonderful. Everything was great. I would highly recommend this as a rental. We stayed almost a week and it was perfect for our needs and I have no complaints. It was all great.

A very special place! We had a wonderful stay. As others have noted, the apartment is clean, comfortable, and very well appointed and supplied. Very quiet, too, yet in a walkable neighborhood near restaurants. Patty herself is immediately responsive to any questions. We would love to come back!
