Monthly Rentals in Union City

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our family of 5 relaxed and slept comfortably after long days of walking in New York City. The 123 bus from the Port Authority was really easy to take to Manhattan. It was so convenient having the grocery store right near the Air BnB and the people in the neighborhood were really friendly. We loved the Puerto Rican and Dominican snacks at the store and the community feel of this neighborhood. Thanks!

This has truly been the BEST Airbnb experience I’ve ever had! BEST THREE MONTHS! The home is absolutely wonderful — everything was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully prepared. From the moment I arrived, I felt an incredible sense of comfort and care, just like being at home. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and quiet, with kind and friendly neighbors all around. Daily life here is incredibly convenient — everything I needed was nearby and easy to access. In addition, the transportation system is very clean and convenient, super easy traveling around NJ and NYC. Most importantly, Ursula and Carlos are AMAZING. They were incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive throughout my entire stay. I can’t thank them enough for making me feel so welcome and supported. If you’re considering this place — don’t hesitate for a second! It’s truly a gem and an experience you won’t want to miss.

This is my second stay from Claudia's listings. The area is a 20 minutes bus ride into the city and a grocery store is a walkable few blocks. The units are as described - clean and comfortable. The buildings are older but the units are updated. So, flexibility with the elevator requires patience.

I'd say this place is worth more than the price!! I wish to come back again for some other vacations and would recommend to my friends too!! It's just SUPERB
