Condo vacation rentals in Union City

The place is Beautiful and is very easy to get there if you are planning to visit NY. Perhaps the only issues were that there were only one towel and that the property don’t have el atoe, despiste that, I think is very good place to stay!

Flor’s place was in a great location, quick walk to the water to see the NYC skyline and lots of restaurants nearby. They even recommended a great Mexican place that overlooked NYC, and they helped us figure out the best way to get into the city. The Airbnb itself was cute and clean, and the garage parking was a life saver. It honestly couldn’t have been anymore perfect. 10/10 I recommend staying here.

It's a great apartment, beautiful, modern, in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. David is a very good host. Responds very quickly, helpful instructions, we were allowed to check-in earlier and check out later. I recommend :)

A luxury to stay here. The host was attentive at all times, with effective and very useful suggestions. He also made sure that everything was fine and that we didn't need anything. Regarding the place, it's very beautiful, new and well-kept. Also, there were many nice complimentary gifts that are perfect and very welcome when you arrive tired from so much travel. In the future, we'll choose it again. Also, very close, 1 block from where the buses pass by and a few minutes from the best part of Manhattan. I recommend it!!

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was extremely clean and well kept. It was in a beautiful area and restaurants were in walking distance, which was really nice. There was a local park nearby that we went to a lot. We were able to walk to the bus stop as well, there were a lot of places we could walk to, which was nice. I would definitely recommend staying at Victor‘s condo!

The place was lovely, very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Nelson was very accommodating and responsive. However The transportations to the city was not easy. The busses were full and there’s no subway access. It always took around half an hour or more. Despite the location we had a very pleasant experience.

This is the best air bnb experience I have ever had. The place itself was absolutely beautiful, curated thoughtfully, attention to detail, every comfort you could want and more. I was best man for a wedding, and this served as home base for the wedding party. They all also got air bnbs in NYC and it was just an onslaught on complaints - this air bnb was nothing but rave review. A big part of that was the host, Anthony. Anthony was extremely accomodating, responsive, generous, thoughtful, proactive - and kind. I am 100% going to be looking to stay here every time I come to NYC, I feel no desire to go anywhere else or even consider a hotel. If you're thinking about it, just do it - you will not regret it. 10/10!!!!

A safe spot right in the heart of Hoboken. Very walkable to the path train that takes you right to New York. A very clean and spacious apartment. Hosts were responsive and great!

It was a good place to stay. Close to NYC and Jersey city. The area was safe and peaceful. The condo building itself was nice. King was very accommodating to all of our requests including early checkin. There is one parking included and if you need extra then street parking is little difficult to get. Although there plenty on the same street. Regarding sleeping, There was a king bed and a queen bed. The extra bedding wasn’t very comfortable and that’s the only thing that could have been better. Overall pleasant stay, worth coming back.

check in was seamless, and the property was very clean and a good size for 4 adults. hosts very responsive. it was nice to have the option of getting a ferry from new jersey into new York and the restaurants and cafes in the area are much more affordable than nyc and equally as good! after long days out in nyc, it can take a while to get back to the property via bus in the evening, which was a bit tiring, but for the price we paid when compared to hotels in nyc, it was fair enough!

It was a safe and peaceful village. There is a convenience store nearby, and there are Korean grocery stores, CVS, and restaurants within walking distance. The bus stop is close and you can go to PABT without transferring. Most of all, the host is very friendly.

She was an amazing host, very fast to reply to any question, also very friendly, the location is very peaceful and safe, you can enjoy the amazing views of Manhattan from the room.

The location of this stay is amazing! There is a beautiful view of the city line just outside the building door. Walkable to the ferry and a 20min car ride into the city. Great location for a group of 6! I would highly recommend walking to bagels on pine (10min walk from the Airbnb) for breakfast.

We were very pleased with the accommodations! We will definitely come back and stay here again.
