Cozy 1-Bedroom Flat near Manhattan

Cozy updated 1-bedroom apartment in a great area located just 15 minutes from Manhattan anyway that you travel. Home is equipped with a 46" LCD television, private bathroom, small back yard, full-size mattress, closet, dressers for clothing, free washer and dryer (detergent not provided), your own full kitchen and wireless internet. Bathroom will be setup for your stay with clean towels. There are many public transportation options, all of which are 15 minutes to New York City, Subway to Path, Bus and Ferry. Parking in Union City is optional, but is not recommended as it is not easy to find parking. Locally, Union City is rich with culture, there is a lot of Latin Cuisine and shops, as well as a bus to manhattan and the subway just 5 short blocks down on Bergenline Avenue. Walk just 3 short blocks to Boulevard East and you will find a breathtaking view of Manhattan for walks or strolls and as a treat, you can take the ferry to the financial district or 38th st where you can hop on one of their free buses. On Boulevard East, one can also take one of the frequently arriving buses to Manhattan. If your in town for an event in New York, the buses take you to the Port Authority Bus Terminal which is connected to the 42nd + 8th avenue where you can catch the A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, Q, N, R and 7 lines Kitchen Appliances, TV, Washer, Dryer, Bathroom Appliances, Backyard (Shared) Nearest Light Rail Stop to Property: 48th Street and Bergenline Avenue Popular locations to get to by Light Rail: 1) Newport Mall 2) Newport Path Train 3) Liberty State Park 4) Hoboken 5) Hoboken Path Train

Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores/supermarkets. We highly recommend our space for those using public transportation as street parking is limited.

Lovely 1 Bedroom Apartment close to NYC

Apartment is located in NJ, within 10/15 min bus ride to NYC Port Authority ( from there you have easy access to all subway and blocks from Time Square ) centrally located in NJ the apartment in one block from main st in which you can find everything you might need for your stay without paying NYC prices. Ideally don’t drive to NNJ or NYC since you will need to find parking space, but if you have to there is permit waiting for you inside. Street is illuminated and bright and area is safe.

This space includes one master bedroom and one smaller bedroom on the top floor of a beautifully restored Victorian townhouse. There is a private bathroom for guests' personal use down the hall. There is a separate 2nd floor entrance for guests to enjoy complete privacy on the 3rd floor. The house is located directly behind the Journal Square PATH Station. It is a 7-10 minute walk from the house to the station. Guests are only three short stops to the World Trade Center in NYC.
