Little Minka. A serene Japanese folk house nestled on 10 acres of private woodland and streams. Embracing the Wabi-Sabi, Little Minka is unique, handcrafted using Japanese traditional carpentry joinery methods. Soaring ceilings, shoji, and tatami complete the interior. Outside there's a fire pit, open cooking area. We have a wood fired hot tub on request. We have Japanese bathroom products in partnership with sowakanyc that guests can experience.

Centrally located you can get to all the towns in the Catskills quickly. Plenty to do like hiking, apple picking, antiquing and shopping. This cottage is the perfect retreat from the city.

Lidar West

Lidar West is a unique mountain home located in the woods by one of New York City's major reservoirs. The main house is a 1400 sqft 2 bed, 2 bath, ideal for families with kids, and there's a sleeping cabin with an additional queen bed, electric heater, and wood burning stove called Hemmelig Rom, which I built myself using oak milled on the property.

The Stone House is a historic house built in 1811 beside the Kaaterskill Creek and surrounded by farmers fields and a beautiful Dutch barn. It's 2 hours from the city at the foot of the Catskill Mountains and a perfect base for exploring the Catskills and the Hudson Valley or for spending quiet weekend in the country.
