Spacious & Private Hudson Valley Getaway

Welcome to Marlboro! This private space in our home features a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area (not a kitchen) with tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.

We offer a private apartment located on the first floor of this wonderfully restored 2 unit carriage house, built in the early roarin' 20's! It offers a blend of modern decor and amenities, with more traditional countryside accents. The design, using the original carriage doors in the architecture, allows light to pour through the apartment, while making adjustments for sleeping in easy. This truly unique space is a perfect place to take a weekend to relax, and even enjoy our grounds!

Your Hudson Valley haven in historic New Paltz: Relax & unwind in a spacious, newly-renovated 1-bedroom apartment with a sunny living room/kitchenette nestled in a quiet neighborhood not far from Main Street restaurants & shopping. You'll have the 2nd floor of a 2-story house, bordered by majestic trees, all to yourself, including a private entrance. Excellent biking and hiking trails are within steps of the house; more hiking, swimming, and rock climbing are a short drive away.

Sunny and Spacious Studio - a serene getaway

Modern Light Filled Garage Conversion with a small kitchen, full bath with an open deck off the back. A beautiful quiet spot with birds, tall trees and a small creek on 3 acres. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

Space has everything you need for a retreat away from it all – a meditation nook for 2, yoga mats to use inside or out on the deck, hot tub to soak cares away and relax after a day out and about in the beautiful Catskill mountains. Hot tub is in 3-acre backyard with privacy enclosure, so bathing suits are optional (we provide bathrobes.)
