Richard’s house is incredibly cozy—perfect for a tranquil getaway. The design and décor are tasteful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Evenings by the fireplace are especially enjoyable, adding to the charm of the stay. We would definitely come back!

We loved staying at this house! I gathered up good friends for a birthday weekend of art, biking, visiting a winery for music, and spending precious time together. The three bedrooms and two baths were perfect. One of my friends enjoyed the big bathtub! We loved the open great room with the windows towards the mountains. The host was super kind and responsive to my questions. I am still smiling and would recommend this place whole heartedly.

This was so charming & cozy, while also being conveniently close to nature nails & downtown Woodstock. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would recommend!

Great winter retreat. Prior comments referenced a sulfur smell from the water. We didn’t experience that. Great host and dig friendly!

Dror’s place was the ideal getaway. It was just the right size for one or two people. It was clean, cozy, and had all the right amenities, including coffee makers, coffee, and even a frother! Unfortunately, it rained all weekend, so I couldn’t enjoy the hot tub. But the space in the backyard was very peaceful and inviting. I left you a drawing, Dror, and wanted you to know that I haven’t drawn in many years because of a busy life. Your home brought that out in me. Thanks again!

The house is spacious and elegant. The wooded lot has a pretty creek a little way from the house. We took some walks through the snowy woods and roads beyond the house and could have kept going for a long time - the mountain is peaceful and beautiful. The owners live a few doors down and came by to help set us up before a major snow storm. We had a really nice time.

Beautiful location, very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean home with a lot of thoughtful amenities provided. And the town, which is a short drive from the home, is very charming with lots of cute shops and great dining options. The only couple of flags are the bedrooms are all side by side and the walls are thin, so be prepared to be aware of the movements of all staying in the house (or bring headphones). And they’re not joking when they say the neighbors are close, like RIGHT next to you on both sides, and sound definitely travels easier on the water. We were grilling one night and could hear every word the couple next door to us spoke as they had their evening wine on their deck. So just keep that in mind if you’re seeking deep privacy or have a noisier group. But overall a lovely and peaceful stay in a beautifully appointed home. I’d be happy to come back.

This a true, traditional and charming farm house! Brynn was very accommodating with our stay, not only did she allow both of our dogs to tag along on our weekend getaway, she also offered an early check-in and late check-out without even having to asking for one. That never happens! While this location is rather remote (which we wanted), the winery across the street is quite enjoyable, and the farmhouse is only a quick, 20 minute drive to Beacon. We also found a new favorite restaurant in HV called 'One With Land' - So worth the trip. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

My friend and I had a great stay at Michael's place. It was exactly as described and as the photos depicted -- beautifully and thoughtfully designed, clean and well-appointed. In fact, it exceeded our expectations. It's a very cool and comfy structure. We only stayed one night, and as we were just in town for a wedding, we didn't have time to take advantage of any activities in the area or on the property, but would love to go back to do so another time. The listing is accessed via wooded country roads and our GPS got us there easily. Michael and Jody greeted us in person and were extremely friendly and hospitable. They live on the property, but we felt there was sufficient privacy. Michael was very responsive from the reservation process through our departure.

We love Mark and Lori’s properties, so much so this is our 4th year staying with them, the location is great, plenty of outdoor activities close by, great food and drink options close by, the cabin is well equipped for a comfortable stay and the outdoor area is amazing for chilling around a fire. Highly recommend, we already have another stay booked later this year with them.

The true meaning of an Airbnb is the ability to walk in and feel right at home! Andrew and Kerri absolutely nailed it, their home is truly warm, cozy and inviting. A great weekend getaway with lots to do nearby, especially the beloved Katerskill Falls just minutes away! Thanks again, we hope to visit soon.

Beautiful and peaceful place in the Catskills. Located on a private road that is easy to find, and easy to walk around with your pups. LeAnna is a great host. She is easy to communicate with, and provided great local recommendations. I recommend bringing some snacks and fruit as the closest grocery store is a little sparse.

We had a delightful two-day stay at this cabin, which offered a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. The cabin was impeccably clean, thoughtfully organized, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed unwinding in the sauna, savoring our meals outdoors, and grilling steaks over the firepit. These moments made our getaway truly memorable.

We had a great stay. The location is great, close enough to town for easy access, but not too close. The beds are very comfortable, even the foldout couch. It is a wonderful place to be if you do not want to be bothered. Laurie is great, easy and relaxed

We had a wonderful stay in Accord. Stuart was an extremely kind, proactive, and helpful host. The house had everything we could need and more. The game room and spacious deck were highlights for our group! Highly recommend.

We stayed at Agatha’s house for two nights. Her house was clean, well stocked, modern and very spacious…just as described. We had planned to visit the state park near the house but it rained the day we were visiting. We salvaged our stay by visiting New Paltz (10 minutes away) for dining and we visited a large antique shop there as well. If you’re looking for an amazing Italian meal, check out Lombardo’s less than a minute from Agatha’s. The food was five star and Antonio, our waiter was excellent!

Really great space! Our dog absolutely loved playing fetch on the front lawn, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the sauna. I’m normally dubious of Airbnb saunas, but it was spotless, new, worked perfectly, and was a real surprise and delight of the stay.

Liz’s Airbnb was incredibly accommodating, with flexible check-in and check-out that made our stay stress-free. The space was thoughtfully curated with charming details and a generous selection of snacks. We especially appreciated the complimentary yoga, which added a relaxing touch to our visit. Being right next to Wildflower Auberge was a huge plus and made the location even more ideal.

What a wonderful, stylish home tucked away in the woods and with all the comforts of home. The indoor and outdoor spaces were both ideal for visiting, relaxing, and listening to music (what a sound system). It is perfectly situated close to Woodstock, Saugerties, Kingston, and numerous other attractions. Henry was a kind and responsive host, and always quick to respond to all of our questions. Highly recommended and a definite revisit next time we're heading upstate.

Our group went on a hiking trip to Beacon, and this was a nice stay, though about 20+ minutes to town. But we didn't mind the drive! It felt very safe and the second floor of the farmhouse was a peaceful retreat! The hosts were super responsive. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable, and the house was full of books and character! You can tell the hosts put a lot of love in decorating, making each space feel thought through and unique. The 2.5 bathrooms was nice for our group of 4 ladies! Thanks again!

Nine of us - four adults, four kids, and a little pup - had a fantastic time at the Flatrock House. We never wanted to leave! Even though it's not deep in the woods, the sound of creek and the coziness of the house made it feel like we were 50 miles from civilization. We spent most of our time on the property - lounging around the house, talking (mostly about the amazing antiques), wading in the creek, skipping stones, making s'mores... We drove to Kaaterskill Falls which was a great hiking adventure. We went to Kingston for an afternoon walk and a surprisingly delicious dinner. Phoenicia Diner was also way tastier than I'd imagined. Ben was a super gracious host. Funny, friendly, and very quick to respond. He gave us lots of detailed suggestions, and guidance on how to best enjoy the house. The beds were so comfy. The big dining room table was perfect for us to enjoy big camp meals - spaghetti night and taco night! We definitely want to return.

Emily’s home was cozy, and quiet. Just what we needed after long hiking days and to get a bit of work done. Everything was accessible and easy to find within the home and around the area. Being dog friendly was a huge plus! We will certainly be back in the future!
