Catskills Getaway w/AC on 3 Acres near Woodstock

You have the whole house and three acres to enjoy. The two bedrooms are upstairs, with skylights and a bright, airy feel to them. The wood burning stove is an awesome way to make things cozy. There's also a firepit and grill you're welcome to use. Guests have complete access to the home and three-acre property. The garage on the property is inaccessible by guests. We're available to contact anytime. Hike, ski, swim, bike, do yoga, or whatever comes to mind— all is possible in the Catskills. The Ashokan reservoir bike/walk path is a few miles down the road. Not far the other way is Marty's Mercantile for coffee, lunch, and basic supplies. There's plenty of parking in the driveway. Don't expect to Uber while up here. Welcome to the Sunset Garden room. You will be staying in a hand built studio apartment featuring a Queen bed, a kitchenette, a small table, and a sitting/reading nook. There is a well lit handicap accessible private entrance, and sliding glass doors to a bluestone patio. The bathroom features a wheelchair accessible shower, and a soaking tub. You will be walking distance from the town , with a fine selection of eateries and shops . Nature abounds, with close access to trails.

Fern - Kos Retreats @ Frogs Hollow Farm

Fern is one of the two luxurious yurts we offer on our 100 acre organic farm. Perched on top of Ohayo Mountain we are just 5 minutes drive from the heart of Woodstock Village. The views are as good from the living room as they are from the king bed in the primary bedroom. With multiple outdoor seating areas and a firepit you can make yourself at home both inside and out!

The Stone House

The Stone House is a historic house built in 1811 beside the Kaaterskill Creek and surrounded by farmers fields and a beautiful Dutch barn. It's 2 hours from the city at the foot of the Catskill Mountains and a perfect base for exploring the Catskills and the Hudson Valley or for spending quiet weekend in the country.
