Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. This very bright and beautiful house is located in the best location and close to the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town. (about 5 min to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the motorway connection. For nature lovers: the house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging etc. in the immediate vicinity.

After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

You also have a fully equipped kitchen with induction, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker (Tassimo) and dishes. In addition to the box spring bed (2m x 1.80 m) in the sleeping area, the two sofas in the living room can each be extended to a 2m x 1m bed with slatted frame. The terrace is freely accessible to all guests!

You can drive to Ulm and the science city in 15 minutes by car, and 15 minutes to Legoland. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a Panoramic view over the Swabian Alb.
