Neben dem Boxspringbett (2m x 1,60m) im Schlafbereich, können die zwei Sofas im Wohnzimmer jeweils zu einem 2m x 1m Bett mit Lattenrost ausgezogen werden. Bügelunterlage und -eisen kann auf Anfrage kostenlos ausgeliehen werden.

You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

The charming, romantic attic apartment is centrally located in the quiet city center of Reutlingen with excellent transport links to outlet city Metzingen, airport and Messe Stuttgart and to the Swabian Alps, both by public transport and by car. An underground parking space is available for our guests (optional). The attic apartment is divided into 2 areas. On the left is the living room and sleeping area with balcony and on the right kitchen with terrace, bathroom/toilet.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in unserer ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft. Auf 65m² findet eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Auf der Terasse kann man bei schönem Wetter Zeit verbringen und den Blick über den Garten hinweg über die Brenz hin zur Donau schweifen lassen. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.

Experience an unforgettable stay in our bright and cozy chalet apartment in the heart of nature, just a stone's throw away from the picturesque pond. On the 2nd floor of a charming 2-family house, our accommodation offers an idyllic and quiet environment that will give you a feeling of home. The legendary baker can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. From the Memmingen highway you can reach us in about 10 minutes. The airport is a 15-minute drive.

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.
