Beautiful Sea View Caravan Close to Inverness

StephenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Great place to stay, at high tide you feel like your right on the firth and at low tide there is a lot of area to walk. It's quite and peaceful, and was the perfect place for me and my family to relax whilst we explored Inverness, Loch Ness and the highlands

Pebble Cottage

RobertRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Vera’s cottage was ideal for our holiday. It was spotlessly clean and tastefully refurbished. The cottage was very well equipped. The electric central heating worked well as did the shower in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the peaceful surroundings made it nice and quiet overnight. Fishertown streets are very narrow and parking can be an issue but we found a parking space close by every day. Overall I can thoroughly recommend Vera’s place and we would be very happy to return.

We absolutely loved it I think this has made Lewis our new favourite island. I saw most of the marine life I was wanting to see from the balcony: seals and birds. The kitchen was great for cooking and eating in. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful stay x

Iain and Ingrid were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Their place is a lovely, peaceful oasis. The cabin was pristinely clean, charming and cozy, and the gardens full of flowers and birds made us feel that we were living in a fairy tale! Their place is close to lots of outdoor activities. We are already planning our next stay.

Highland Beach House with stunning view, Clachtoll

AndrewRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Great location. Campsite was not an issue despite proximity. Great weather allowed lots of exploration. Building site next door was at times noisy but not a big issue. House was well-equipped and comfortable. Beach towels and something to sit on at beach would be helpful. Overall a most enjoyable and memorable holiday.

Wonderful stay here! The location is spectacular and we enjoyed relaxing in Portree and taking in the views without even leaving our front door. Fun shops, restaurants, and nature walks all nearby without needing to drive. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, and clean. We found the location and decor very special for a true Skye experience. Hope to come back someday!

The Old Coastguard Station,NC500

ChrisRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
The Old Coast Guard station is a fantastic place to stay and as a base for the NC500. The house is recently renovated to a high standard, is very clean/fresh and has the most beautiful views of the bay and harbour. We traveled with our pup as it is very dog friendly with an enclosed garden and lots of places and beaches to walk nearby. Helmsdale is a nice village with local shops, pub and restaurants only an hour from John o Groats and minutes to lovely beaches. Undoubtedly one of the best holiday homes we have stayed - the views from the balcony are amazing.

Highland Home With Outstanding Views

JustinRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Cleanest and best appointed AB&B I've experienced. A wonderful home away from home. The location is beautiful. It does require a trip across the bridge to access Inverness (car or bus), but well worth it for the views, peace and quiet.

Scottish Highland Family House with Sea View

AndrewRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The house is perfectly secluded with a view and short drive of Applecross and some great drives. Inside was thoughtfully set up based on our requirements, communication couldn't have been clearer and proactive local suggestions abundant. What made this fantastic were the hosts who checked in before and druring and whose interactions made it feel like we were renting from people who really cared rather than a private company. This is what Airbnb is supposed to be and often isn't. Couldn't recommend it more

A traditional Highland home near Skye welcomes you

PawelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a lovely stay at The Home in Glenelg. The house is clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location with stunning views over the sea and surrounding hills — a truly peaceful setting. The property is well-equipped for a relaxing break, and we especially enjoyed the nearby walks, the friendly Glenelg Inn, and easy access to the Skye ferry. Our host was kind and helpful, and we appreciated the thoughtful local touches throughout the house. One thing to note is that the bathroom could do with some updating, and it would really benefit from having a proper shower rather than just a bath. Overall, a great base for exploring this beautiful part of Scotland, and we’d be happy to come back

Rhanna is a lovely home from home, with amazing views! It was full of home comforts & thoughtful little touches. Spotlessly clean with very attentive co-hosts. The location is an easy walk down to the harbour, with several benches to stop off at & enjoy the view. We were blessed with wonderful weather, so spent many days on the nearby beaches. I’d also recommend the walk along the banks of Loch Morar, the scenery is stunning!
