Wat een fantastische ruimte met een heel groot balkon, met mooi uitzicht waar je tot 2 a 3 uur zon hebt. Als je van voetbal houdt kun je vanaf het balkon de wedstrijd kijken (of voor 4 euro een ticket kopen) Het centrum is 10 a 15 minuten lopen, je kunt daar gezellig wat drinken of uiteten gaan. (Ik raad het restaurant idromeno aan)

We had an amazing time here! Such a good location, easy to walk everywhere, close to restaurants and taxi services. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Even had Netflix and Disney+ on the tv. Would definitely recommend staying here😊

Very nice location and a nice host who is always responsive! + sheets smelled so amazing. The music is indeed loud until 1 at night which didnt bother us much but just a thing to know!

The place is very cosy, well designed and maintained, it easy to feel like at home from the first minute. Location is amazing, neighborhood is not noisy, very peaceful. The restaurants, bars, shops are very close (3 min walk). The view is fantastic, the sound of the sea is heard from every room. The building is surrounded by beautiful garden. It is pure joy to walk through it on the way to the beach. Biljana is amazing host. She recommended nice restaurants, was ready to help with taxi. She always has being in contact with us, proactively asking is everything fine.

Sandra was a super hostess. She helped us to help me with my baggage when the delivery guy from the airport came and delivered it to the place and we were not there. She was super nice and I would live there anytime again. Super clean. Close to the beach, nice parking. I can't recommend it more.

Dit zeer ruime appartement in Bar is bijzonder mooi gelegen hoog in de bergen. Voor mensen die even willen ontsnappen aan het drukke leven van alle dag en die heerlijk tot rust willen komen is dit een geschikte accommodatie omdat je in de verte het rustgevende geruis van de Jelzenica rivier hoort die met kleine watervalletjes naar beneden richting de zee stroomt. De zee zie je klein in de verte en is met de auto goed te bereiken. Er is een behoorlijk groot zwembad en een apart zwembadje voor kinderen op het terrein. Het appartement heeft 2 grote kamers, slaap en woonkamer met allebei een fijn balkon. Het heeft een grote zachte buitenzetel van leer waar je lekker op kan zitten om naar de krekels en rustgevende geluiden van de natuur te luisteren. We kregen bij aankomst heerlijke pannenkoekjes geserveerd en verse eitjes, worstjes en crackers voor het ontbijt. De keuken heeft alles wat nodig is en het bed was heerlijk groot. Badkamer knus met föhn en compleet ingericht. Een echte aanrader

We had such a lovely time at Ali’s place. Ali’s whole family was incredibly kind and helpful - they gave us loads of local recommendations, and even some not-so-local ones for our onward journey. The flat was spotless and the view from the balcony was a highlight: peaceful and perfect for chilling in the sun! Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Ulcinj.

Прекрасное расположение, до моря 5 минут, до маркета 2 минуты. В квартире чисто и комфортно.

Жилье полностью соответствует описанию. Квартира очень чистая и в ней есть всё необходимое. До моря десять минут пешком, совсем рядом есть магазин с нормальными ценами. При дороге обратно нужно подняться в гору. Хозяин заслуживает особой благодарности. Он пошёл нам навстречу, когда я попросила выехать позже. Также он любезно согласился отвезти нас в больницу, когда мой сын нуждался в медицинской помощи, ночью. Отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Рекомендую.

Ogólnie mam bardzo dobre wrażenie od pobytu, miejsce znajduje się na górze, więc samochód na pewno nie będzie zbędny, ale nie ma żadnego problemu z zaparkowaniem, polecam😁

I cannot recommend this place enough. It is so spacious, has the most comfiest bed, beautiful view from the balcony, underground parking and a wonderful host. The location is brilliant with a supermarket literally at the bottom of the apartment, plenty of restaurants and bars near by as well as bakeries. Perfect location to get in and out of town by car too. I would highly recommend this place to stay if you come to Shkoder

The apartment is as described. Photos and descriptions are accurate. The building is about a year old and is in a district of Bar/Susanj that's undergoing a LOT of new development. Everything is new, including the street that the building is on. :D The apartment is well-equipped with everything you'll need for any length of stay. Even though it's not a large space, it's laid out well and never felt cramped. The proximity to the waterfront and beach is excellent. Cross the main street, and you're there. Great ocean view from the balcony too! There's an excellent Aroma supermarket practically next door, along with other shopping and dining options either way down the main road. Bar city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. Marina made check-in and check-out easy and painless. There were no problems or issues, so there was no need for to contact each other during the month. I can definitely recommend it and will probably be staying here for short stints soon. :)

Branka is a friendly and accomodating hostess. She's supported by her daughter Nina, who managed all communication in English perfectly. I do recommend this place if calmness and distance to cities is preferred. There is a bus stop at the main road, like 15Min afar. But motorized vehicle is recommended, except you really love walking and don't mind seeking small trails and carrying your groceries uphill. To Sutomore it's 40Min of walking, partially along a beautiful promenade. To Bar exists a small trail along the mountain. (With nice spots for sunset) Everything was as described, as well as clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped. But having the stove at the veranda, far from the sink of the kitchen inside the house, can be a disadvantage. But still i enjoyed preparing my meals. The bed is comfortable, i slept well. Highlight have been the fruits and the juice Branka shared. First time in my life i saw Kiwis on a plant. Luckily ready to harvest during my visit :) Thank you!

Locuința este impecabilă are tot ce este nevoie într-o locuință zona este foarte liniștită și aproape de tot felul de magazine și centru,restaurante cu mâncare bună în zonă și plajă foarte aproape. Va recomand cu încredere iar gazda este foarte prietenoasă iar accesul în locuință se poate face și la ore târzii

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit Whirlpool. Modern eingerichtet, mit allen was man braucht. Sehr zentral gelegen und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum und Parkplatz in einem Innenhof. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft, anfangs hatten wir Schwierigkeiten die Unterkunft zu finden, da uns Google über einen Feldweg schicken wollte. Haben uns dann nur noch auf der Karte orientiert und es schließlich gefunden. Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz am Haus. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Küche ist ganz gut ausgestattet, es gibt einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine. Der Whirlpool war das Highlight und einer der Gründe für die Buchung, da es unsere letzten Tage in Montenegro waren. Wie oft das Wasser gewechselt wissen wir nicht, er war auf jeden Fall gut gechlort. Toller Ausblick, wir können es nur sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank! :)

Magical place! Perfect stay in the apartment, direct private sea access. Great for swimming, snorkeling, SUP, working out, relaxing reading and more. Well equipped kitchen allowed for cooking. We couldn't get enough. Definitely need to come back! Very nice hosts, thanks for everything.

Wir waren Ende September für eine Woche hier. Wir bewohnten das mittlere Appartement von 3 übereinander liegenden. Man hat einen wundervollen Blick auf's Meer. Es war ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Touren, wandern, paddeln am Skardasee, Strandtage am endlosen Sandtrand bei Ulcinj. Leihwagen ist Voraussetzung. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein kleines Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Beachten, ab 1. Oktober schließen die meisten Restaurants, Saisonende! Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Our stay at Meli’s Apartment was truly exceptional. The apartment is beautifully designed, with a luxurious touch in every detail – from the modern furnishings to the high-end amenities. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the lake, which made every morning and evening feel magical. The location is perfect, and Kolorado was a fantastic host – very responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and a breathtaking view in Shkodra.

Un hôte Parfait !!! Une personne formidable, hyper accueillante et arrangeante. Hyper réactif en cas de besoin. Je recommande vraiment de séjourner dans ce logement. À deux pas de la rue piétonne au cœur de Shkoder

Logement clair et spacieux. Très calme. Très belle piscine avec de larges horaires d'ouverture. Belle vue sur la baie de Bar (plages et port de Bar). Voiture nécessaire pour l'accès au logement, pour aller à la plage et aux restaurants. Visualiser le film adressé par Jovana est précieux pour trouver l'entrée de la résidence.
