We felt at home at Sabina's. She was always there for you and gave helpful tips. We were in the low season, which we saw as a great advantage, no more party mile, very much to the advantage for people who like it a little quieter, the beaches are beautifully empty. My family, a total of 7 people, were guests at Liubov's. The villa is fantastic, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large terrace and a pool. The location is great, you walk a few steps to the sea, the nearest small beach is also within walking distance. However, you need a car to go shopping or eat out. The view of the sea from the villa is magnificent. We were guests for 12 days, the whole villa was cleaned once, the beds were freshly made. The towels were changed very often, you don't have to bring bath towels from home, everything is available. The hostess is always available, she helps immediately with the smallest problem. We really enjoyed our vacation and would book with Liubov again at any time:)

Host Spring very warmly welcomed us! The house is very comfortable, clean and full of everything you need. In the fridge, gifts were waiting for us, and also sometimes in the morning we were treated to freshly cut figs. Once every 2 days we cleaned our place, which was unexpected and very pleasant. The house has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a large hall, a large balcony. There were 6 of us and everyone was very comfortable and spacious in the house. There was also a bunch of towels that could be used at home. (So you can only take towels for the beach.) The balcony and the view from it are just wow! Every breakfast we had beautiful sea views. One of us got sick and Spring brought a thermometer and pills, even though it was late at night. Then I really cared about the patient. When the storm started and we were not home, the hostess came by and removed all our belongings that we hung up to dry so they wouldn't get wet. There is always a free, free parking near the house. This is a big plus because parking is a real problem in Montenegro. 10 min from the house there are 3 beaches (both sand and stone), supermarket, market and main street. We are so delighted with both the house and the Spring that now if we come to Ulcinj, we will definitely go to this house! This is a very cool place. We recommend it to everyone! The house is comfortable, clean and was equipped with everything you need (even about 10 towels for home usage). There were some presents for us from hosts in a fridge (two bottles of water, one pack of juice and a bottle of local wine). Also, hosts gave us some fruits from their garden several times. They did the cleaning every two days, what was unexpected, but pleasant. There are 3 rooms in a house, 2 WCs, kitchen and diner room. We came as a group of 6 and there were a lot of place for everyone. A balcony and a view from it was amazing! Every breakfast was held there with a great seaview. One day one of us got sick and a host Vesna brought thermometer and pills, although it was almost 12 a.m. Next few days she worried about that sick gay, what was cute. When the storm started and we were not at home, hosts came to the balcony and took off all the clothes and put them into the house. Near the house there a free parking lot, and that's a big advantage of this place, because parking is the one of the most annoying thing in Ulcinj and Montenegro. 10 minutes walking from the house there are 3 different beaches (sandy and stone ones), supermarket, market with local fruits and vegetables and the main street with lots of caffees, restaraunts and bars. We are so delighted with the house and hosts, especially! If we return to Ulcinj, we'll certainly go to Vesna Apartments again. Awesome place, definitely. Vesna, thanks a lot! Zoran is a very nice host with quick response time! The place is very central with great views of the old town and walking distance (3 min) to the beach.

We spent 8 wonderful nights at the villa. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood of town. With a beautiful view of the sea, in the evening you can watch the sunsets. There are several beaches within walking distance. To the old town 10 min walk. I recommend everyone to visit this beautiful property. Great host, told everything, gave instructions for leisure in Ulcinj. We are very happy.

The place was very nice, clean, spacious, we were 15 people and there was enough space for everyone. The owner is very friendly and nice, even though he lived with us he didn't bother us at all. 5 stars in all respects, our stay was beyond our Expectations.

Beautiful views of bay. Many restaurants within walking distance. House fully equipped and very clean. Very likeable hostess. Parking at the house (for me) very adventurous, but in the parallel street there is a gravel parking lot where you can park for small money.

Great stay at Branko’s - I was sceptical of the location at first, and Dobra Voda would not have been my first choice, but the house is slightly outside/high up, super tranquil, with a beautiful terrace. Everything was perfect. Branko also took us on his boat for half a day, seeing as the surrounding public beaches are so crowded- we went to secluded little beaches only accessible by boat. Thank you again for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was absolutely charming—clean, cozy, and full of character. The village is stunning, peaceful, and felt like a hidden gem. It was the perfect spot for us to relax and disconnect. The host was incredibly kind and made us feel welcome from the start. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a magical getaway in a beautiful setting!

We had a fantastic week in Jennifer's amazing villa. The location, the views, the space were all incredible. The private beach area was great and the pool was perfect. Jennifer and team were very responsive to any queries we had and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning scenery and sunsets!

Every thing it was very good. Comfortable,clean and cozy. Very pleasant atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility.

The place was great. The pool and the view are fantastic. Kol even let us into the accommodation at 2 AM and was always easily accessible. The location is also very relaxed, you can get to the lake, to Shkodra and is also quickly in the Albanian Alps from here. Overall, a very nice vacation and a perfect place for those who don't necessarily want to end up in a tourist hotspot and a generic apartment. We'd love to come back :)

We really enjoy our stay at this cozy and clean house. Beautiful view from the terrace to the sea and the mountains, clean swimming pools. The local kitties came to visit. The only negative is that without a car it will be inconvenient. The city, shops, entertainment and the sea are a little far away. 15 minutes by car. Thanks for the hospitality!

Lovely and convenient house with spacious bedrooms, a pool, and garages. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, arranging the grill and pool every morning. It could have had a bit more equipment in the kitchen, but we had a great time.

Quiet, well-maintained. We spent 7 nights here. Good Water as a town didn't impress us. Crowds of people, hustle and bustle, plastic. There is no contact with nature. There are a lot of shops - it's very convenient. The building itself, in which the apartment is located, is a complex of apartments with access to the pool and down to the sea - there are sun loungers and umbrellas free of charge for guests, but people occupy them early in the morning. A path there amidst beautiful vegetation, perfect for taking photos-especially at sunset. Descent to the sea on a ladder or slippery stairs - take your bathing shoes. The direct descent from the apartment to the pool is very comfortable. When other people were in the pool, the noise was not tiring, because due to the air conditioning, there are doors and windows closed. The terrace is clean with a beautiful view. Perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Host punctual and responsible. Very good contact. We rented a car from him for two days. Everything went smoothly. Thank you!

The place is just fantastic as well as the host! We had an issue with the shower and it was completely replaced with a new one within a day. Exact instructions helped us to quickly find the place. The villa is gorgeous and the air is amazing, I slept like a baby here. The place is located on the hill so mind moderate physical exercises daily!) After staying here I started envisaging moving to Montenegro fo a while. Thanks to Boris and Vukiza for their hospitality and perfect service!
