Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Ulcinj

Kristina's place is awesome they are still improving small details like the terras on the riverhouse but the whole thing they built from the ground up, it's super cosy and nice at the same time. My experience was two faced, Ada Bojana is beautiful, it's just the people aren't very friendly to tourists and also the locals want to abuse the fact that you have 'money to spend' which you obviously also had to work for. Luckely Kristina is not one of those poeple, she's a very kind person and she will help you in any way possible. If you have the money for it, i would rent a boat for some days because it will become your new car :)!

we really enjoyed our stay out in the country side, super quite and nice. exactly what needed on a summer vacation. the hosts were super responsive, friendly and just super nice!! enjoy your time in the beautiful place

A very nice tidy and clean apartment. 2 bedrooms for 2x 3 people, air conditioning in the living room. Due to the shutters on the outside, the apartment can be kept cool and dark. Extremely lively area with restaurants and the beach within walking distance. The nearby carnival loved the children and inside the apartment you won't hear anything from it. Wifi strength could be a little better. Overall a nice stay!

The small guest house is right next to the host's house, but still we felt private. Dmitry and his wife were very helpful and friendly. The hospitality was absolutely top, thank you again.

Absolutely fantastic week at Radas apartment with our nearly 2 year old son. It's a roomy and warm space with everything you need including a sea view from one of the balconies! walking distance to the beach and close to bigger towns of Sutomore and Bar with loads of great places to eat and things to do. Rada was so welcoming and helpful we had such a wonderful week in a great apartment, fantastic location and really great value for money. highly recommended!

The villa is special and very luxurious and wonderfully designed and has charming views of the sea eating rooms and there are all the features we want, my family and I had a beautiful time and we had a lot of fun, restaurants are close five minutes by car as well as the supermarket ,

The villa is beautiful, huge, clean, well-equipped in an intimate neighborhood. We were really surprised, the place definitely exceeded our expectations. The view from the land, something beautiful! There is also a small beach nearby, a few minutes from the villa. We loved the whole place, you can't describe it. Wonderful owner, sweetheart, helpful - great person! We felt at home at Sabina's. She was always there for you and gave helpful tips. We were in the low season, which we saw as a great advantage, no more party mile, very much to the advantage for people who like it a little quieter, the beaches are beautifully empty. Latif was super helpful from the start - helpful with advance communication / arrival and super informative about the house / amenities and local area with great recommendations Latif went out of his way to always be on hand to offer any information or help during our stay The house was fab - both inside and out and fabulous pool and jacuzzi

Wonderful stay. Fresh eggs and kumquats from the tree. Feels like nobody else is around with great views of the countryside.

We had a very wonderful stay in this cozy private house surrounded by nature and an incredible ocean view. Adnan was very helpful and always responsive. We can't wait to come back again for this perfect getaway spot!

Wonderful place especially for a large group. We had a group size of 14 people and everybody fit in very comfortably. Lots of beds and restrooms with two full living room areas. Pool was amazing. The place was very clean, but we did have to deal with ants the entire time. I’m not sure if that was left over from the previous guests or just an issue with the area, but with a very clean kitchen ants were constantly finding our food.

I had such a great time with my family, and definitely recommend to everyone who wants a quiet and peaceful home.

Obviously, there are cheaper places in this area. We loved the wonderful hot tub and the great view. We stayed for one night only, and it was the perfect place to relax after hiking in the Theth area.

The place was stunning with the view and all . The cabin was very comfortable and cozy. Although the weather wasn’t the best we enjoyed just staying in the cabin. Daria and Damir are great hosts very friendly helpful and treat you like friends. This place will always be a beautiful memory

This is, hands down, the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Other reviewers have stated that this Airbnb was more of ‘an experience’ than simply just a place to stay, and I echo this. The wonderful hosts are incredibly respectful of your privacy whilst delivering highly personal and proactive hospitality. We visited during winter months, and the accommodation is built solidly, and easily withstood storms and high winds overnight. The hot tub was tended to by the hosts each morning and was always ready to go. The interior furnishings are well thought-out and very comfortable. We were able to access the property (despite the slightly ‘tricky’ access road) without any issues by using a standard hatchback-style rental car. Overall, a truly incredible service provided by a lovely host family, and a brilliant experience overall. We can’t wait to come back in the future. Thank you so much!

The host was very friendly! And responsive and is ready to help with whatever issues you have! The place is exactly like in the pictures. I would definitely recommend to stay here! The views are extremely beautiful! The villa is fitted with all the essentials. We bought groceries and came since there’s nothing except a hotel nearby so make sure to get the essentials and come. Very homely stay. We had an issue with the heating not being able to be turned off but once that was sorted everything was perfect! The outdoor hot tub is a great touch and would highly recommend to use it. All in all a beautiful stay!

Florjan really went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of for the night on our last-minute adventure into the Albanian Alps. We arrived after dark and awoke to a stunning mountain view out of the beautiful A-frame house’s floor-to-ceiling windows. The bed was comfortable, the location was beautiful, the hot tub was hot, the property was very well done in both architecture and interior design, and the host was friendly and accommodating. In short, we couldn’t ask for anything more!
