The construction trailer was provided with a covered veranda, received a completely new, tasteful interior with lighting, folding beds, retractable table, etc., and now stands on a large sheep meadow, between old fruit trees, beech hedges and currant bushes, directly on the Elbe dyke. On the property: a utility kitchen, a sauna with toilet and shower for the construction trailer.

The freshly renovated apartment is situated in a light souterrain of a flat-roofed bungalow that is located in a calm and quiet neighborhood in the north of the city. The apartment includes a large bedroom with a king size bed, a cozy living and dining room with a comfortable pullout couch, a modern shower bath and a complete built-in kitchen. The city center is only a fifteen minute walk away, but there is also a bus station right in front of the door as well as free parking.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. Our apartment is a 10-minute walk from Hundertwasserbahnhof and Uelzner city center and is centrally located on the ice line Hamburg-Hannover. In addition, Uelzen is connected to the HVV(Hamburger Verkehrsverbund), so that you can explore the sights of the big city well and cheaply, but also enjoy the rural, quiet environment of the Hanseatic city of Uelzen.
