On the terraces and the large courtyard, you can enjoy the sun or sit around the campfire in large groups. Direct neighbor is a family-run inn where you can stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner. In the next village there is a large quaint brewery.

This old barn has been transformed into an architectural experience through modern expansion. Over 250 square meters, two living areas, three enclosed bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open half-timbered and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.
