Welcome to our top-notch 2-bedroom serviced apartment in Hamburg-Ottensen, hosted by the legendary Boogie Park Studio - Udo Lindenberg's second home! Accommodating 4 guests, it's just a 10-minute walk to the harbor, train station, Elbe beach, and even the Reeperbahn. Ottensen is one of Hamburg's most beautiful neighborhoods, brimming with lively bars, shops, and a twice-weekly market. Renovated in 2024 we usually use it as artist residence for the studio. From time to time some slots are free.

Private garage rental 15€/day or neighborhood street parking with Visitor's Pass 4€/day. Hamburg Harbor, Fish Market, Reeperbahn, Elbe River, trendy Ottensen and Schanze neighborhoods close by. Königstrasse subway station (5 min. walk), the Altona Train Station (10 min. walk) and the Altona Central Bus Station (10 min. walk) all Hamburg destinations are easily reached.

The refuge is located next to the pedestrian zone Altona-Altstadt between a restaurant and a SHISHA BAR!!! They're sometimes loud! The rooms are a separate unit in the basement with daylight; the train station is 3 minutes away, the Elbe and Reeperbahn are within walking distance, the city center is 12 minutes away by S-Bahn. New opening 9/2020. Beautiful apartment in a quiet courtyard location on the edge of the Schanzenviertel. Stay in the merchant villa built in 1885 and renovated in 2020 in a traffic-calmed residential street. Old building charm with modern hotel-like furnishings, improved sound insulation and well-equipped kitchen. Within walking distance there are numerous bars and restaurants in the popular trendy district of Sternschanze. Child-friendly district with many playgrounds.

Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.
