Nous avons été très bien et très chaleureusement accueillis pas Elena et Giuseppe. Le logement est très fonctionnel, propre, agréablement décoré. Le jardin, dont on peut profiter, est un bel espace de repos, agréable aux yeux. Notons qu'on peut facilement garer le véhicule. Ce logement est bien situé, et permet de visiter très facilement, en voiture ou en transports en commun, des villes très intéressantes aux alentours. Très bon séjour, on y reviendra avec plaisir.

L'alloggio è veramente molto bello e di nuova costruzione, dispone di molti comfort e si trova in una zona davvero tranquilla. Inoltre, la posizione è ottima perché permette di raggiungere il centro di Lignano pineta in circa 10 minuti a piedi e la spiaggia in 15 minuti. Antonio è stato davvero disponibile, gentile e di grande aiuto, in poco tempo ha risolto un paio di imprevisti che si erano verificati. Consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio.

Wir haben fast eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht und es war unsere beste Erfahrung in einer Airbnb Unterkunft von vielen. Donato war immer hilfsbereit und wenn etwas war habe ich ihm geschrieben und er stand innerhalb einer halben Stunde am Haus. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man braucht und es war sauber. Die Sauna war auch neuwertig und toll zu genießen. Wir wussten nicht, dass es täglich 50€ kostet die Sauna zu nutzen, aber der Preis war völlig fair. Wir bedanken uns nochmal herzlich Donato für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Abbiamo passato qualche giorno presso OasiMare per approfittare del primo sole stagionale e di un evento nel vicino campo sportivo. Tutto vicinissimo, abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto al nostro arrivo e non è stato più necessario spostarla. La casa pulita e luminosa completa di tutto cio che può servire, soprattutto in cucina. Molto apprezzabile la possibilità di usufruire, compresa nela quota appartamento, di un posto spiaggia, ombrellone e 2 lettini. Il balcone dà la possibilità di godere di un aperitivo serale o di una colazione. Giovanni gentilissimo e disponibile ci ha messi a nostro agio. Location perfetta, ci torneremo volentieri.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Franka solo una notte, di passaggio in zona. Il villaggio è un po' isolato, circa 20 minuti in auto da Gorizia, ma vale la pena guidare un po' perché la casa è immersa nel verde, molto ampia e pulita. L'alloggio è al piano superiore della casa e nella parte inferiore vive Franka con suo marito. Appartamento molto ampio, eravamo in 4 adulti e lo spazio era ampiamente sufficiente. La cucina è completa di tutto. Posto auto nel cortile al coperto. La comunicazione con Franka è sempre stata puntuale e veloce, anche grazie alla traduzione automatica di Airbnb. Lei e il marito parlano poco italiano o inglese, ma sono persone accoglienti e la lingua non è un problema. La descrizione della casa e dell’esterno è molto dettagliata e rispetta esattamente la realtà. Per il check-in ci hanno aspettato e le indicazioni sono state molto chiare. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Meer und am Pool. Die Treppe zur Wohnung hält fit. Silvia war eine wundervolle, freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Die Dachterrasse perfekt!

Ottima posizione, appartamento confortevole e spazioso con tutto il necessario. Rilassante vista sulla laguna dal terrazzo. Completamene soddisfatti.

We had a very pleasant stay, starting with the warmest welcome I ever experienced with an Airbnb. We had enough privacy during our stay and enjoyed the beautiful outdoors with a river swimming spot just across the road. The immediate vicinity of the train wasn’t a problem. We would definitely come back!

We loved staying in Most na Soci and at this house. Hosts are very kind and accommodating. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots & pans, and other kitchen needs so we could eat in some of the time. Beds were very comfortable and they had extra blankets if needed.

duna verde è da sempre il mio mare, lo è stato fin da quando ero piccola, lo è stato poi per mia figlia, e ora ci abbiamo portato il mio nipotino! improvvisato il sabato mattina, visto la disponibilità dell'appartamento tra l'altro bellissimo nelle foto, ho provato a contattare Alberto, che ha subito risposto con gran gentilezza, e ci ha permesso di passare 3 splendidi giorni accolti in una casa rinnovata in tutto, pulita e ben accessoriata. Ha subito risposto per qualsiasi esigenza prima durante è alla fine della nostra vacanzina. È stata la mia prima esperienza con airbnb ma devo dire fantastica! Grazie Alberto! torneremo di sicuro! 🙂

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus. Borut war ein so lieber Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war stets reibungslos und super freundlich. Er hat uns das Haus persönlich gezeigt und sogar ein Willkommensgetränk mit uns getrunken. Man hat absolute Ruhe, die Lage ist traumhaft in den Bergen. Ein privater Weg führt zum Fluss runter und es gibt eine Stelle wo man Baden kann, das war unser highlight. Auch die Feuerstelle und der dazugehörige überdachte Außensitzbereich, Pool und das Sonnendeck sind super. Es gibt genug Platz für die Autos und Outdoorspiele. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr guz (2 Kühlschränke, genug Besteck, Geschirr, Schüsseln usw.) und es gibt eine kleine Spülmaschine. Bei großen Gruppen muss man einplanen, dass man 2 Toiletten und 2 Duschen (wovon eine etwas eng ist) hat und sich deshalb etwas abstimmen, haben wir aber alles gut hinbekommen. Das Haus ist älter und man darf keine supermoderne Ausstattung erwarten, aber es ist sehr gemütlich. Wir kommen wieder! :)

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende unter Schwestern in Tarcento verbracht. Für uns war die Lage und die Aufteilung der Wohnung perfekt. Es gibt 2 vollwertige Badezimmer und eine sehr große Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit. Ines ist eine sehr freundliche und nette Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und sehr, sehr sauber. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Wir kommen sicherlich und gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Alloggio spartano, molto spazioso, vicinissimo al centro

Perfect location right in the center, but quiet as it is away from the road. Close to a large car park so very easy to drop and pickup guests. All shops and restaurants / bars are walking distance. Having an elevator is convenient, the small terras is good to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. Sufficient space in the apartment.

Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl, die Wohnung befand sich in einer ruhigen Lage und war sauber.Giacomo war sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und hat gute Tipps zum Essen und für Aktivitäten gegeben! Danke!

Appartamento piccolo ma funzionale, pulitissimo e comodo per la posizione.

Danila’s apartment was 10 minutes walk from the train and an easy 15/20 minute walk to the main square. There is a large grocery store a couple of blocks away. A cafe across the street. The kitchen has a good selection of dishes and pans. I loved listening to the children playing at the school behind the apartment. Having a washing machine was very handy. The fans were a great help as there is no A/C.

Spazioso, pulitissimo, accessoriato oltre ogni nostra aspettativa. L'host Umberto disponibile, competente, gentile ci ha accolto con grande cortesia, ci ha riempito di suggerimenti e notizie utili, ci ha fatto sentire quasi "a casa". Dovessimo tornare in questi luoghi terremo sicuramente in considerazione di nuovo questo appartamento! Grazie Umberto

La struttura è perfetta se si cerca pace e tranquillità per fuggire dalla routine caotica di tutti i giorni. Lo spettacolo che offre la posizione della struttura è qualcosa di indimenticabile. Il solo rumore della natura, l’alba, il tramonto e la notte regala un cielo stellato spettacolare. Esperienza unica che porteremo nel cuore! Grazie Friland.
