This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Oase der Ruhe in Seenähe... Captain's House

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt sehr beschaulich und völlig ruhig in einer Parallelstrasse zum See. Sie befindet sich im 1.Stock , und hat einen schönen Rundumbalkon mit Tisch und Stühlen für einen schönen Tag in der Sonne. Nur ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt Dich vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Inzwischen haben wir auch eine Ladestation für E-Fahrzeuge. In unserem Haus befindet sich eine weitere Ferienwohnung….Captains Suite.

Hallo lieber Urlauber, wir bieten eine Ferienwohnung in dem schönen Langenargen an. Sie befindet sich ca.100m vom Bodensee entfernt, dies sind ca. 2 Gehminuten zu Fuß. Der Stadtkern mit einigen Restaurants, Cafés und Sehenswürdigkeiten ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem guten Zustand und befindet sich im 2.OG. Das Haus wurde 1974 erbaut, was sich auch im Design widerspiegelt -> Bad und WC sind echt Vintage :)

Unser Haus liegt idyllisch direkt am See mit einem traumhaften Blick in die Schweiz auf den Säntis und die Zeppelin Stadt "Friedrichshafen". Cosy Studio with private beach. The loft is located directly on the shore of Lake Constance. There is a private enclosed beach. Good restaurants, boat rental and boat school just around the corner. Ferry boat, supermarket within walking distance as well as the company Airbus. Distance fair Friedrichshafen (Messe Friedrichshafen) 15 kilometers, Friedrichshafen 15 kilometers, Constance 18 kilometers.

Lovely flat with private garden.

A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
