The vacation rental is located in the basement of our residential building and has a separate entrance. It consists of a living/sleeping room, kitchen and bathroom. The living/sleeping room is bright and friendly, equipped with a double bed with a lying surface of 1.60 x 2.00 m. Extra bed 0.80 x 1.90 m or children's travel bed for 3rd person if necessary. Both not possible at the same time. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Highchair will be provided if needed.

Sie befindet sich im 2. ten Stock über unserer zweiten Ferienwohnung Captain‘s house und hat einen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne Richtung Bodensee. Ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt euch vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Wir haben eine Ladestation für E- Autos. Für kleine Kinder ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. In diesem Fall ist die 2te FEWO besser geeignet.

If you want to use public transport, you have a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Feel free to store your wheels. Lake Constance/downtown is about 20 minutes' walk away. You can also have breakfast in a sunny location in front of the apartment. Private parking space for the car and 2 bikes.

Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen. You can have a quiet and relaxing time as well as the opportunity to enjoy the busy and bustling city with it's lovely cobbled streets, the market place, the lake with ice cream parlours, restaurants and pubs. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two family house with two balconies and a garden.

In the morning run to the lake in swimsuits and swim a small round, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace and then spend the day in the beach 2min away. In the evening, stroll into the beautiful old town of Überlingen and end the evening on the terrace. It could look something like this, a holiday in our holiday apartment on Lake Constance.

Max and Ksenia gave us a great stay. The building in which the apartment is located was so clean and tidy that it was almost not noticed. Everything was impeccably maintained and furnished. You have not seen any dust, dirt or remnants of previous tenants, really great. There were numerous recommendations for activities, etc. and the two always had an open ear and for concerns. Also otherwise the location was fantastic, 50 steps from the promenade. We highly recommend it. Thank you! 🤩

A great apartment. The pictures do not do justice to the view of Lake Constance. We felt like at home and amazed every day for a week every day. The apartment is in a great location, by bike we were able to reach a lot in a short time. Right at the bottom of the promenade, the train runs, but with the window closed you can hear zero, as these are super glazed. But even with the window open or on the balcony, it is not disturbing. Christina and her sister were very nice and always quick to answer any questions.

We stayed 2 days in the apartment and felt very comfortable, by bus, but also on foot we were always very quickly at the waterfront of Überlingen. You had everything you needed and we would come back, thank you😊
