House vacation rentals in Tysvær

The house is very clean and sand is a lovely city. Very good place to stay if you follow the touristic road of Ryfylke.

8 guests stayed one night in April. Lovely beds were ready, it was easy to find and to settle in here! The house is connected to the campsite here, and the children in the party loved the playground and the football field. We would love to be here when the bathing season was on! No inconvenient access even though you potentially have a lot of neighbors on a camping. A somewhat worn house and interior, but it doesn't matter. It was homey, clean, warm and with many bedrooms with lovely beds! Smart TV, internet, possibility to charge an electric car and Olympians use all the facilities at the campsite. We are very happy with our stay. Hege was from the first contact very quick to respond, super nice in the messages and provided useful information. Very smooth in and out. Would love to come back and can recommend Hege's house on Randøy! <3

Great place and very homey home! Very nice reception with regards from the landlord. Cozy welcoming home, with ample patio, swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Only 2 minutes walk from Norway's most beautiful beach. Short drive to Skudneshavn which is really an idyllic village, with several daring and old traditional buildings. Simply magical. Here you will find the tranquility right away, and a wake-up call that really makes you feel welcome! We'll be back for sure! Highly recommended! 😊

We loved our stay here! The check in was easy, the home was lovely with everything you would want and need with a gorgeous outside area which would be perfect with some good weather, plenty of space for parking and the area was very quiet. All with a very helpful host who was very responsive. We will definitely be staying here again!

We were a family of 7 adults and 3 children (3 generations) and had a fantastic stay at Kåre's place. It was easy to check in and lots of room for everyone. Kåre has a great house with lots of bolting space inside and outside. Nice bedrooms with great beds. Everyone aged 2-70 enjoyed themselves all weekend and would love to stay longer. Kåre was also very helpful and responded quickly if we had any questions and could quickly come by if there was anything we needed help with. Really recommend staying with Kåre and would love to come back.😊

The house is not new but worked great for us. Maybe miss a bike or 2 :-)

Difficult to describe , must be experienced ! It was simply magical ! It was spacious and plenty of room for all of us :) got a very cozy cabin feeling. With everything you need to do some. We will definitely come back ! A great host and an unforgettable stay ☺️

The house has an awesome location. We got to rent the house on short notice and had a nice long weekend. Good and quick communication with the host. Would love to come again.

Thank you so much for a lovely stay at my grandmother's house and the sensory garden. Incredibly thoughtful "great-grandmother" style and a lovely garden. Great fit for 6 people. Perfect place to have afternoon tea as Nina has lots of nice cottage dishes and nice tea dishes. Clean, tidy and well set up for rental. Peaceful and rural location.

Charming and tidy old house with good atmosphere and location "right in the middle". Nice patio under roof with outdoor fireplace that can be used on slightly chilly evenings. About 5 minutes to walk to speedboat quay. Here we could bring bikes and go ashore on some of the idyllic islands between Nedstrand and Stavanger. Great for bike tours with little car traffic. Also nice hiking opportunities both on foot and by bike in Nedstrand and nearby places.

What a view. I mean, WHAT A VIEW! The home is very comfortable and well stocked with necessary kitchen items and linens. The beds were comfortable and the bedroom hallway has a door at the end which creates excellent sound proofing between the sleeping area and the kitchen/living room. The back garden is absolutely exquisite (the owners run a gardening shop I believe - and it shows what talents they are!). The owners were also very nice when we accidentally checked out late - we had the checkout time wrong. But they were super cool and understanding. Oh, and did I mention the view??? Amazing! :-) The little town down the road (about ten minutes downhill and fifteen minutes uphill) is charming. There’s a nice cafe and two groceries. The beach (also about 10 min away) is dotted with Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, and grills for public shared use. We really had a lovely time! I would definitely return again, and hope to do so soon. One note - there is a guest house on the same property that is also rented out. There’s a somewhat divided area of the garden for the guest house, so we barely noticed the other guests and it was no problem at all. But just wanted to note because we didn’t realize in advance.

We were 3 adult people and a dog who spent two nights at Olaug's place. Her home is very cozy and has everything you could possibly need. Lots of beds, large sofa and large dining table. Lovely garden with lots of bird life, and wonderful surrounding area. Lots of nice nearby hiking areas and. Communication and check-in without any problem. We'll be sure to come back. This was our 3rd stay in Odd Karl's house. We have had a great time as usual and look forward to coming back in August.

Lovely place in walking distance to a small supermarket and a cafe/restaurant. A short drive to a great hike and a couple of good beach areas. A little further a field within an hour was Haugesund and less than 2 hours to two beautiful waterfalls (Langfoss and Latefoss). The house had everything we needed included use of life jackets and a canoe. It was a last minute booking due to our previous Airbnb booking cancelling at the last minute. Camilla was extremely helpful in answering lots of questions and giving us recommendations. We could not have asked for a better host. Thank you!
