The farm is located about 2.5 km from the lake with a beach and fishing opportunities, and about 2.5 km from the shop and gas station. There is a private fishing lake on the property and an old hunting lodge, 2.5 km from the house. The house consists of a living unit with 5/6 beds (3 rooms). In addition, there is a separate small one-bedroom apartment that is also rented on AirBnB (for 2 people)

There are good fishing opportunities from land and by boat. Boats can be rented from May to September, and two kayaks in the summer. Animals are not allowed. Cozy cabin by the fjord. Nydelig utsikt og beliggenhet i en rolig og idyllisk bygd i Nedstrands-fjorden med dens flotte strender og skjærgård og grønnkledde frodige fjell. Boligen holder høy standard og er komfortabel med unike detaljer og spennende løsninger. Området rundt boligen er Naturtomt med flere sitteplasser. Vi har Standup paddleboards (SUP) som kan lånes gratis. Det er elbillader, hengekøye, bålpanne, spiseplasser, vedfyrt pizzaovn og grill i hagen.

Høve til ferdsel og fiske på vatnet, utstyr kan lånas etter avtale. (Kano, fiskestenger ) Gjestehuset har to soverom og en stor hems.
