Had a lovey Easter weekend at The Cottage, exactly what we needed. The Cottage itself was very well equipped and clean. Everything you could need was thought of and provided. The pub is only a short walk away and as we were lucky with the weather spent time in the lovely beer garden after our walks exploring the area, which is beautiful. Kim was very prompt in responding to enquiries both prior to our arrival and after we left. Great host and one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in. We would definitely recommend.

Simon's place is a real top quality home from home. It is extremely comfortable as well as beautiful. The sofas and beds are as comfortable as they look. This is not just a show home. A lot of work has gone into ensuring that this home is comfortable, spotlessly clean, well designed and restored to the highest of standards of workmanship throughout without making you feel out of place. We took our little Shih Tzu dog and put his own blanket from my bed on the sofa so that he always sat in the same place, we did not need to worry about anything. There is no door between the lounge and the kitchen but I had taken "Wet wipes" and a towel to wipe his feet whilst still on the lead in the kitchen so this was not a problem. However, there is a door between the entrance and the kitchen, with utility and downstairs toilet so this door can be closed on exit and the dog cleaned off in that area on return. This is the best airbnb that I have ever stayed in. Well done, perfect!!
