Monthly Rentals in Twin Peaks, San Francisco

Our stay at Jaja’s place was wonderful. Prior to our stay we wondered how parking would work out and it worked out very well. There were always plenty of spots. Our favorite part was the large sliding glass doors that led to a back deck. Because of this, the space felt larger. Everything was clean, tastefully decorated, with attention to so many small details. A great spot!

This is a great place if you’re needing a spot near UCSF (4 min drive away). We arrived around 9:30PM and I was nervous about the street parking by that time, but there was still plenty of parking available. Ilya was very responsive throughout the process, which I appreciated because I had to book last minute. I’ll definitely stay again when I need to come back to UCSF!

There are spectacular views of the city below. Deborah is very nice and has great suggestions for places to visit. The unit is very private and welcoming. There is a little park on Tank Hill with breathtaking views nearby. Shops, transportation, and restaurants are about a 10-15-minute walk down the hill. We would stay here again.

Jane’s house was a comfortable and thoughtful space for our family of four during a month-long stay. Jane is super kind and communicative, she was quick to respond and easy to work with. The house has everything we needed for a long-term stay and we appreciated our proximity to twin peaks and mt sutro for some urban hikes. The only drawback is the lack of good cell reception, but that is how the whole neighborhood is. Highly recommended if anyone is looking for a longer stay!
