On the 2nd floor of a 600-year-old house is the cozy apartment located 5 minutes' walking distance from the picturesque old town. The nearest grocery store is even closer. From the window and balcony you can see the mountains in the south as in the north and in front of them the mighty trees of a large garden, in between the road, the wall and our garden. By car, you can reach the free parking lot on the edge of the Hall Valley, part of the largest nature park in Austria, the Karwendel, in about 10 minutes.

WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

The Tobias apartment is perfect for families or small groups (renovated in 2025). Modern holiday apartment with smart home technology from Loxone. Lighting and room temperature can be adjusted to suit your personal needs. Audio player for radio stations from many countries. One bedroom with a divisible double bed and a fold-out bed. A kitchen-diner with a sofa (2nd bed). Above it, there is another fold-out bed. Tourist tax: € 2.60 per person per night charged separately.

Boasting a beautiful view of the Alps, the holiday apartment "Adult Only Wasserfall Tschorn" is situated in Fundres/Pfunders. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 3 people. Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, and a washing machine. Moreover, this apartment features a private balcony.

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!

Our hous Am Dörfl is centrally at Tux-Vorderlanersbach located. Supermarket, restaurants and bus stop are in 50 m away. You can easy reach within 2 walking minutes the cable car Rastkogelbahn - which is the entry to the Ski- and Glacierworld Zillertal 3000. In summer you start many hiking tours! Glacier is 8 km form our house away! The capital city Innsbruck is 75 km away.
