Very nice and quiet place. Very close to Pisa Tower.

The location is really great. The pictures are up to date. The room is a little bigger than it looks in the photos. Great views from the windows. Bathroom with window. Direct access to a small shared terrace. Nespresso machine and kettle for tea at the room. The location is almost on the "main square" of the place. Train station can be reached in 3 minutes. Lake can be reached in 3-4 minutes. Top starting point for the Cinque Terre. Clear recommendation!!!

We loved the place! The room was so much nicer than the pictures made it seem. Very comfortable bed and very clean. The room is in a different area to the Airbnb location - if you look up 'Room Rio Groppo' on Google in Manarola that's where the room is. This was fine for us as we were there for hiking anyway, but just a heads up. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

Everything was great, clean accommodation, in a great neighborhood. Friendly host.

Casai Rovai is located in a beautiful building in Florence's historic center. The location is ideal for walking around the city. We had the Pegasus family room, very beautiful, very high ceiling, with sober and tasteful decor, very comfortable bedding. We also enjoyed the luggage storage service, with the possibility of picking up our luggage at our convenience. Having arrived outside of reception hours, we found the arrival and automatic check-in a little complicated, but in the end everything went very well. We recommend it.

nice place in the center of everything. close to restaurant's, shopping and cute cafes and some night life. You have one private room in a shared apartment so the kitchen is not private and there are people in the other bedrooms. but you have ample locks and security, was a great stay overall

The location is also ideal, close to key attractions, making it easy to explore while enjoying a calm atmosphere. The host was responsive and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, serene space in a great location!

We had a great time and rested , we were treated very kindly, very well organized and clean and has a mini bar !!! We found the treatment of the staff spectacular and I appreciate the treatment received. We will be back soon !

A pleasant and friendly lady with her dog. A quiet place and well decored apartment for a nice journey in Florence. It was worth the money, we did not face any trouble in our vacation time. I would recommend the apartment for a lonely traveler, a couple or any person looking for peace of mind and to be close to the historical center of Florence.

The location was great and the staff gives great customer service. The hotel room is spacious enough for a family of 5 and they uphold a standard of cleanliness. I highly recommend.
