logement tres ensoleillé, magnifique, propre, au calme à 10 mn à pieds des plages et hotels et 5 mn a pieds des commerces. (bus etc..) piscine (50 m) et salle de sport, bien équipée. je vous recommande. (5 etoiles).

Hakki was the perfect host, very responsive and quick to help with any questions. The property was in a great location and felt very safe for our family. Turunc itself was very pretty and bit off the tourist path and felt very authentic. Great market open on a Monday just five minutes walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spacious property. Very nice, spacious, well decorated apartment; walkable to everything; tons of restaurants nearby. Nice promenade to stroll in the beautiful summer evenings. Taxi stand across the street. Very helpful host, quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

We were a group of 4 adults (including one elderly person) and a 3-year-old child, so we were specifically looking for a place with no stairs and easy accessibility and this apartment met that need perfectly. The location is very safe and clean. The building’s security staff were friendly and helpful, and the host was extremely supportive and responsive throughout our stay. The space was sufficient for all five of us. The couch was converted into a comfortable bed, making the sleeping arrangements work well. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: The apartment has only one bathroom, which was a bit of a challenge for five people, but we managed. It doesn’t get direct sunlight and doesn’t have a street view, so if you’re planning to spend a lot of time indoors, that might be something to consider. If those two points aren’t an issue for you, this apartment is a great option in Istanbul. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would definitely rent it again if needed. Recommended.

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.

Wat een goede locatie , gelegen in een fijn beveiligd park , mooie tuinen om in te wandelen, of te lunchen bij een picknicktafel. Goede sportvoorzieningen , zeer uitgebreide gym , sauna , zwembad en tennis banen . Locatie zeer geschikt voor uitstapjes, het ligt ongeveer 15 min met de auto van het drukke centrum van Ankara . Maar ook in de omgeving is genoeg te doen . Het appartement ligt op de begane grond en is ruim en schoon , tevens een eigen parkeerplaats onder het gebouw. De host was zeer behulpzaam en reageerde zeer snel op vragen . Dit wordt onze “ go -to “ spot als we in Ankara verblijven

I stayed here in October while meeting family and working remotely. The place perfectly met my needs for a quiet space with easy access to the beach. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the quieter part of the public beach, which is free to access. Shops like groceries, a butcher, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants are all conveniently nearby. The environment is peaceful and secure, with access to a pool area, and the busier resort and shopping area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house had everything one could need, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. The kitchen was very convenient, and the balcony offered a beautiful Californianesque mountain view. The WiFi on-site ranged between 2-10 Mbps, but I used a local Turkcell SIM card, which provided much faster speeds of 100-150 Mbps, making it perfect for remote work. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

الشقه نظيفه ورائعه جدا والموقع ممتاز ولكن مو مكان حيوي ولكن اغلب الاماكن قريبه منكم بالسياره ، كل شي كان بيرفكت اقمنا فيها لمدة ٦ ايام كعائله جدا ممتازه فقط الشي السلبي لايوجد عوازل بالشقه وهي على الشارع العام اصوات السيارات مزعجه ولكن الشقه جميله وشرحه وكل شي متوفر فيها ادوات المطبخ غساله كوايه انصح فيها بشده 🤍 والدخول كان ٧ الصباح ودخلتنا متعاونه وودوده

I had a great stay! The host was incredibly kind, polite, and always quick to help — every small issue was solved instantly. I’m very thankful for the warm welcome. The apartment looks exactly like the photos: clean, well-kept, and everything works perfectly. It’s in a quiet, prestigious area with easy access by car and public transport. While it’s not the closest place to the sea, it’s perfect for those who want a peaceful, local experience away from tourist crowds. There’s a Migros and other shops nearby, a barber shop just across the street, a pharmacy in the building, and good restaurants and a park not far away. The neighbors were quiet too — I felt truly at home. Highly recommended!

Konum itibari ile metroya otobuse her yere cok yakin. Ev sicacikti hava soguk olmasina ragmen. Ve gercekten tertemizdi. evde sigara icilmemesi de cok buyuk bir arti cok guzel kokuyordu ev. Ev sahibi Busra Hanim da gercekten cok nazik cok ilgiliydi her konuda cok yardimci oldu. Tekrardan cok tesekkur ediyorum kendisine :)

The apartment was comfortable and well situated for exploring Istanbul. We appreciated the bright and spacious base for relaxing after busy days exploring the area.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean, and the location gave us easy access to Taksim, Istiklal Street, and other parts of the city. The host was responsive and available whenever we had questions, and the check-in process was smooth and straightforward. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for a long stay — it’s comfortable and well-situated for exploring Istanbul.

Ailece konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık, site ve çevre çok güvenli ve aileye uygun. Dairede tüm eşyalar mevcut, ayrıca Oğuz bey çok sıcakkanlı ve bize çok yardımcı oldu. Konumu gözlemlediğimiz kadarıyla yazlık villaların bulunduğu bir muhit ve dolayısıyla biraz şehir merkezinden uzak. Biz seyahatimizde dolmuşları kullandık. 4 dakika mesafede bir dolmuş durağı var ve oradan şehir merkezine gidebiliyorsunuz. Sonuç olarak harika bir konaklamaydı, oğuz beye tekrar teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz..

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰
