Monthly Rentals in Tunnel Hill

This was a nice little getaway fairly close to Shawnee National Forest and was a comfortable, clean place to stay after hiking.

My family of 3 had a wonderful stay at Nesher Cottage! It was a peaceful quiet space, which was exactly what we were looking for. It was a short drive to some beautiful hiking trails. and when we returned, the bathtub felt luxurious, and the beds with so many throw pillows were perfect for lounging. We especially enjoyed catching glimpses of hummingbirds through the window and watching fireflies from the front porch.

The Potel is an amazing spot for a peaceful getaway. The tiny house and the surrounding property is very clean and well maintained. The location within Shawnee is great, as you are no more then a 15-40min drive from great hiking. The abundance of fireflies at night was an added bonus!! Would highly recommend staying at the Potel!!

The host family was incredibly kind and respectful, they were easy to get ahold of and had quick responses. They were very helpful with any accommodation needed! The house was very clean and neat and matched all pictures and listed amenities. Overall such a pleasant experience and we would recommend staying at one of the houses on their property and will definitely be staying again!
