In der Pension Sacher - Apartments am Stephansplatz hat jedes der drei gemütlichen großen Zwei-Zimmer-Apartments eine persönliche Note. Wir können kein bestimmtes Apartment zusagen. Alle bieten einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Stephansdom. Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

The apartment is located in the hip 7th district close to the historic city center. You will find yourself in the most interesting part of town with its numerous artisan bakeries, coffee shops and local designer brands. Stroll around in the cozy streets whilst being minutes away from the main city center, reachable by tram, bus or metro in only a couple of minutes. Wir sind Christa und Christian und haben 2024 in unserem hübschen Haus in Südlage mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Wiesen und Wälder des Wienerwaldes eine Einleger-Wohnung errichtet. Die vielen Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür, die Poolbenutzung einerseits und die Nähe zur Stadtgrenze (6 Kilometer) machen die Unterkunft zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für eine Mischung aus Städtetripp und Erholung. Die Autobus Haltestelle nach Wien befindet sich 3 Gehminuten entfernt.

Accessed via a private staircase, an anteroom with kitchen, a large living room ( dining table, corner couch and TV), three separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, all on one level, are available. There are many cozy places to relax in the 2000m2 fully fenced garden. From May to October you can use the pool,which is heated by solar collectors.

Our elegant studio for 2 people is located in an Art Nouveau house in one of the most beautiful residential districts of Vienna. Here you will find a well-kept, stylish and green environment but are in Schönbrunn Palace in 10 minutes and in the city center in 20 minutes.

I rent out a very sunny and bright apartment only 7 minutes walking distance to the metro station Ober-St. Veit. The aparrment has a spacious living room with a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom with mit bath. A terrace can be used in summer.
