Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

Wow, wow, wow!!! We absolutely loved this house and had an amazing time in beautiful Croatia. It is the most well-equipped Air BnB we have ever stayed in. The house was spotlessly clean, the furniture and fittings were perfect. The kitchen has everything you need, and more, to cook with, and there’s a large BBQ outside. The bedrooms are large, extremely comfortable beds, air conditioning, shutters, balconies in every room. Great bathrooms. The pool area is fabulous with 8 loungers, all with towels supplied and mood lighting. And the garden where you can help yourself to fresh vegetables. The games/movie room was brilliant. We played pool and table tennis and watched some films – a really great feature of this property. We had the most amazing time at this house and we didn’t want to leave! We cannot recommend this property more highly or our amazing hosts enough. Book this house for your holiday, you will not be disappointed. This is a 10 out of 10 property – loved it!!!

We were very excited, the apartment is very well equipped. Were very surprised what everything was already available. In addition, you have to highlight the location, you fall out the door and are located directly on the beach and at a restaurant. A shop is a 2-minute walk away. Communication was very good, everything was described wonderfully. Checking in via lockbox was also very easy and flexible. Overall, we were very enthusiastic and would be happy to come back!

Very nice place with great views, fully equipped and furnished. Has everything for a longer stay. The host was super friendly and responded immediately and let us check in earlier and check out later to accommodate our flight times. Pool was very clean and the house had a nice deck to spend evenings on. All in all great experience

The place was great – very clean and maintained. Petar and his wife were very kind and always immediately helpful with questions. Unfortunately, the drive was accessible by car, but quite difficult to drive (but I think this is more due to the nature of the Croatian roads). Otherwise, the house was easy to find, and a parking space was right in front of the house.

If you're looking for somewhere quiet to escape the main tourist spots and use as a base for exploring Croatia, this is the ideal hideaway. The area is peaceful and full of the sounds of nature, and there's a convenience store just a few minutes walk away. There's a large off road parking area which was extremely welcome as parking elsewhere in the country was tricky at best... The space itself is well equipped, has everything required to cook your own meals, and kept fairly cool throughout the day thanks to the thick stone walls. You are in the countryside though, so be prepared to meet some interesting bugs... We throughly enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend it to anyone.

We were a group of friends who met up from different places and stayed in this amazing villa. We organized volleyball matches and swam in the pool during the days and could cook in one of the three kitchens or grill outdoors. With so many bathrooms and toilets, it was never a problem when our large group was preparing to go out and when we had questions about something or requested local recommendations, she was very helpful. Would love to come back again, superb.

Apartment was good and clean and close to beach by walking just 5 mins.Ivan's family were very friendly and helpful.We felt only the abcense of washing machine at the apartment but rest was ok.

The stay was great, everything easily accessible like supermarkets with bakery, restaurant, bars etc., even a bus stop was nearby. You have to deal with the noise from the street. Regards, Michael

Thank you Aki and Edwin for providing your beautiful apartment with a splendid view of the entire bay and the Adriatic Sea and the beautiful island of Brac! We had the best time staying here! The apartment is very comfortable, it even seemed bigger than in the published photos! The bedding is excellent, the kitchen perfectly equipped, the private terrace where you can rest or eat is well furnished and has an incredible view, the amenities (table and chairs, gas BBQ, sun loungers, outdoor bed, outdoor shower, etc.) and the pool on the common roof terrace are very much appreciated. Everything is very clean. The environment is residential and very quiet, taking the high road from the coastal road. The street in front is not very busy and goes up to a small traditional village full of charm and a very good restaurant. The view up there is wonderful. I recommend it 100%! Excellent stay. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Very clean, we immediately felt good there. The outdoor pool has exceptional views and the fact that it is heated is a great bonus. The ballet of the swallows was a delightful spectacle. The only negative point is the road that passes just below and is quite noisy.

Really wonderful place in Old Town. Lovely private space nestled into the old, labyrinthian quarter. Gave a vibe and glimpse of being a part of this charming community. Helpful hosts. Recommend.

Very clean apartment, faithful to the listing and well-equipped: coffee maker, dishwasher, hair dryer, sun loungers... 3 large terraces for eating, enjoying the sea view and enjoying the jaccuzzi. Big plus: the private garage! Hrvoje is very responsive to requests: we had a technical issue with the jacuzzi which was quickly resolved. Same for 2 blown bulbs that were changed right away. Two very small downsides: - the apartment is 200 m from the sea with a good coast to negotiate (40 m D+) - the jacuzzi is smaller than in the photos. For 4 (including 2 children) it's just enough... Otherwise the stay went very well, I highly recommend it!

Very nice and cosy apartment next to the beach! We felt very welcomed and got all the help we needed (thank you Katarina!). Weather wasn't the best during our stay but our kids enjoyed the beach despite that. A warm bath was nice to take after swimming in chilly waters. Definitely a place to recommend!

This is the perfect place if you want to spend your time outside, relaxing in the beach just outside the front door. Toni gave us lots of tips, including recommending a rental car, without which getting to the airbnb would be challenging, and limit your freedom to explore.

It was a very good place to stay! Beautiful surroundings, close to a beach and with stores within walking distance. Bus connections to central Split was sufficient for our stay, although not the most frequent.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Large apartment, very comfortable, with parking, very close to the bridge to the old town. The host is extremely delicate and kind.

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

A true 5-star oasis in the city. You could sleep out on the wonderful patio, and the place would be worth it for that alone. Lovely kitchen with everything you could need, beautiful bathroom, restful bedrooms with large beds, great air conditioning. We also used the washer to do laundry as we had been traveling for many days — this was such a luxury! We enjoyed every aspect of this quiet, private place in a beautiful neighborhood near the park.
