Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Couldn’t have been happier. Villa was amazing, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Was perfect for 9 of us. Everything was spotless, so well kept and felt extremely modern. Petra was super helpful in arranging arrivals at the villa, and assisting us with places to eat in Split. The cab driver who works with the Villa was also brilliant. Journeys into Split weren’t too bad, but definitely use the taxi driver that Petra recommends! Others will charge through the roof… On days we stayed locally, there are some amazing restaurants down on the waterfront of Kaštel Novi which were half the price of a dinner/drinks in Split - super happy with the location, and choice of villa! Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. We had an amazing stay in Croatia, and the Villa was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to Split!

Marijo welcomed us very warmly, showed us the accommodation and gave us tips for excursions in the nearby area. Marijo was always reliable and quick to reach, a great host! The location of the place is quiet and idyllic. The house is super well maintained and equipped, all household supplies for everyday needs were provided to us from the beginning. Absolutely recommended!

I can recommend this house we were a group of 9 people and everyone was happy. Always quick contact with the host, house in a nice quiet area, about 20 minutes to the center on foot. The house was clean, the rooms were very nice, just like in the pictures, the house is big, I think you can feel at home there. The bathrooms are great, only the grout in the showers would need to be replaced, but as it is, there is nothing to complain about. The pool is wonderful, nothing to add, nothing to take away. To sum up, I can wholeheartedly recommend this house to everyone! ❤️

Kristel’s place is beautiful. It’s up in the mountains and so you do need a car but the drive is worth the views. Sunsets are fabulous and we loved the walks in the local area. When we went, the restaurants weren’t open as it was the end of season but we bbq’d, ate at home or went into Split for the evening. Kristel and her husband are lovely and keen to help. There was an issue with the pool and they were very helpful and quick to respond. They allowed us to check in early and met us at the bottom of the hill to show us how to get to their house as it is a bit tricky first time if you don’t know where to go. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place.

Ilija's place was exactly what my friends and I were looking for. It was perfectly equipped for a relaxing vacation for us after our final exams! We were quickly and kindly briefed by the hosts on our arrival at the villa and also received a small welcome gift :D If we had any questions, they were directly accessible and they could also quickly go to hand if there was a small problem or a specific request from us :) Overall, my friends and I had a very good stay there and would recommend the villa to everyone!

Great villa, very clean, lots of space and all rooms as described and in excellent condition. Lovely outside space too. We enjoyed our stay. Igor was very communicative and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. Villa is an easy short walk to the beach and Omis is a 15 minute walk.

We had a great stay at Luksa’s villa. We have 3 children under 10 and they loved the swimming pool and the pool table. 5 of us stayed here and the villa was plenty big enough for us all. The location was great too, lovely quiet marina with nice restaurants and then a short drive or taxi boat to Trogir. Luksa responded very quickly to any messages we sent. We were very happy and would definitely come back again.
