I had a great stay at Spiceda and Joey’s home in Atlanta! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Atlanta!

We really enjoyed our stay. Home was decorated very nicely, was comfortable for our group of 4. Neighborhood was quiet and located close to the highway to reach all of the attractions. Morgan was extremely nice and responded to any questions promptly.

Terry was really helpful, my family enjoyed the place it was like we were at home, and the little Walmart was walkable Thank you Terry, if my family ever come back to Atlanta again we will definitely stay at your place again if available

We had a great stay for our daughters med school graduation. Clean comfortable spot for our family. We were just two blocks from her home in a quiet neighborhood Easy walking to restaurants.

I had an amazing stay at the Trace. Everything was as described in pictures . House was free from dirt, dust, and clutter, with surfaces regularly cleaned and maintained. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms with great amenities. Nice outdoor patio. Excellent location, with nearby entertainment, and restaurants. Mark was a very responsive host and worked with me on my last minute stay. I will definitely stay again .

Perfect place to stay in Atlanta, with almost everything of note 20 minutes away. Dionte was an amazing host and the property was safe,secure, and stylish. There are a lot of stairs but it divides the place well for multiple guests. I will definitely look here first for future visits to Atlanta.

Kristen is a great host! We had great communication. Everything was clean and as described on listing page. We had no issues during the week we stayed. Definitely would book again!

The Host was GREAT!!!! It was 7 of us and we still had enough room to move around. Area was quiet beside the car wash that’s right behind the townhome. They do play loud music. Never bothered us. We would just sit in the back and vibe off their music lol. We all loved this place and would stay again….

Tania’s home is lovely and she is a wonderful host! I stayed for several weeks and my experience was terrific. The home is nicely decorated, very clean and had everything I needed. The gardens are gorgeous and I enjoyed the pool often. It was also nice to be able to park inside the garage. Tania and Luis made me feel at home and were delightful. Thank you!

First off I’d like to say Thank You! Iris for letting us stay at your home. We enjoyed our stay. Iris was very helpful when we got there if we had a problem she assisted right away. Close to where I needed to be for my trip. And close to the highway. It really felt like home. And when I return I will only be staying there lol, if it’s available. Once again Thank You! The place was beautiful and I do mean beautiful, each bedroom looks good. Neighborhood was great. I will most definitely stay again!!!

We made a last minute visit to Atlanta and I’m happy we were able to book this place. It’s very near the 96 Olympic cauldron and I thought that was cool. East short drive to Georgia Aquarium, zoo, and Coca Cola World. We traveled with our dogs and found the neighborhood to be dog friendly. The area is being revitalized but it was quiet and seemed very safe. Grocery store and pocket restaurants very near. Probably walking distance if you wanted. The king bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. House had everything we needed for 4 people and a couple dogs. The Garage was a plus. It is tight but we have a mid size suv and it easily fit. TVs is bedrooms was a plus when everyone needed some space. I would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Decatur is one of the hidden gems of Georgia and this townhouse was sensational! Very clean, quiet, and conveniently located!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and looked like the photos in the listing. We enjoyed walking to a Braves game from the place. Great location and close to many restaurants and shopping and can easily get on two different highways within five minutes, which was helpful for us when we were going to multiple locations for baseball tournament games. Host was always responsive and super friendly! We would definitely stay again!
