Over the Christmas holidays, we had the pleasure of staying with Sara in her loft. From the first minute, we got along great and felt very comfortable. The loft was spotless and, as shown in the pictures, lovingly furnished. We were warmly welcomed and communication was consistently excellent. I can recommend the beautiful loft without hesitation. A heartfelt thank you to Sara for her hospitality!

We were very pleased. Very nice and spacious room with beautiful layout. Was perfect for the 4 of us. If you had any questions, someone was quick and easy to reach and we were very happy to help. Check-in and checkout went smoothly due to self check-in and we found the lockbox quickly. The surroundings are very close to the river and everything important is within walking distance. The Ulmer Münster was also within walking distance. We highly recommend the apartment!

Loft 29: central, stylish, cool

The apartment is in a great location, a 5 minute walk from the train station and within easy walking distance to sites and Bahnhofstrasse, a large pedestrianised area. Apartment is on 5th floor with lift with about 17 stairs to climb to access apartment. Lisa’s instructions for accessing apartment were very clear. The bedroom is upstairs with bathroom and toilet and there is another toilet downstairs. There was even soap for the shower, which is very rare with Airbnb’s at the moment, (hosts more often than not only supply hand soap for the hand basin and nothing for the shower). The apartment is very clean and the cutlery and crockery is outstanding for cleanliness. Lisa was fantastic with communicating, she responded quickly to any queries and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. Would highly recommend staying here, should you ever find yourself in Ulm.

We wanted to explore the area and go to the thermal bath of Bad Saulgau in the evening, it was a great starting point. In the morning, we left again early, so it was great that there was a Nespresso. The apartment is very nicely furnished, the bed was a bit soft for me (but everyone has a different preference here), the bathroom is great, and the location right on the market square is great, in the spring you can wonderfully observe the storks here! Next time we will book in the summer and then go out for delicious food in the area. Please note that a tourist tax of €2 per person is due.

We had a wonderful short break in the Allgäu with Irina. The loft is beautifully, cozily and tastefully decorated. The architecture is unique and very special, the view of the small river phenomenal. Everything you need is available, and the picturesque old town is almost at your doorstep. The place is a good starting point for excursions, for example, to Lake Constance. The check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free, flexible and straightforward. Irina kept in regular contact with us and asked questions or gave tips. All in all it was a super nice stay in a great place.

If you want to 🏠 feel at home, Traudel is the place to be. :) Everything you need for a stay is there. It is also very clean and tidy. The many little things in the kitchen, bathroom or sleeping area make you feel at home. Even a fly screen on the window is attached. For me personally, something like this is a luxury for an Airbnb accommodation. For questions, suggestions or problems, she is responsive and gives quick feedback. I can only agree with other reviews and highly recommend the accommodation, as well as the hospitable Traudel. 😊

We were very comfortable right away!! The apartment is very nicely furnished and very quiet. Comfortable bed and beautiful views. The beach access tops it all. David and his wife are extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Her tips for things to do were also very valuable. We definitely want to come back and would recommend this place to anyone!!

Awesome place to stay and is walking distance to a lot of local places, church, leaning house, shopping district.... The only issue is the walls/floors are thin and you can hear everything from the upstairs people. and when the people upstairs are noisy like the ones we had and stay up all night, good luck trying to sleep..... Better to have the room upstairs lol

Nice place with a fantastic view! Own entrance, clean, very friendly landlords and good communication. Everything GREAT - I would book again at any time;-))

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and pleasant. The host has only provided facilities, both on the mosquito notice and in the return of the keys (which we take them with us unintentionally). I would definitely go back!!

Susanne responded proactively to us and clarified the check in checkout with us in an exemplary manner. The apartment is located on the second floor. Steps will definitely be compensated by the view from the balcony 🤩 And although it was not visible in the pictures on Airbnb at first, the apartment even contains a closet. We felt very comfortable during our stay and can just recommend the apartment.

Great place to stay! Eveline was understanding and her attic place is affordable. I felt like Heidi living in the mountains with the view from the window. Easy to find parking and it is a quiet neighbourhood. We stayed here for a whole month for a company trip and it was great 👍

We had a very relaxing and restful short vacation with Rosemarie and Klaus. The apartment was perfect for our family of five in an absolutely beautiful and quiet location with unforgettable sunsets. The two were very warm and helpful, and patiently answered all our children's questions about the animals and also let them help. We'll be back.
