My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate access with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

Our 58 sqm granny flat (non-smoking) has a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen. It is equipped for 4 people, including 1 room with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), another room with bunk bed (0.90 x 2.00 m) as well as shower and toilet. Bed linen, hand and dish towels - everything available. In front of the separate entrance is the outdoor seating area, which only our guests use. Parking right by the house. Bicycle storage is available.

You will find us in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac in 2nd row to beautiful Lake Constance, less than 5 minutes' walk to the boat landing for excursions or to the bakery branch directly on the lake with breakfast option or to the popular ice cream parlor "Kibele." In a 10-minute walk you can reach the Hagnau "West" bus stop. Please note that our studio apartment is on the 2nd floor and is only accessible via stairs.
