Sie befindet sich im 2. ten Stock über unserer zweiten Ferienwohnung Captain‘s house und hat einen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne Richtung Bodensee. Ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt euch vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Wir haben eine Ladestation für E- Autos. Für kleine Kinder ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. In diesem Fall ist die 2te FEWO besser geeignet.

It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate access with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

We felt very comfortable in the apartment from the first moment - the apartment is very nicely furnished, everything is available and very clean. The view from the terrace is a dream! We also enjoyed the very flexible check-in and the generous check-out. Many thanks to our hosts for the nice gestures to welcome you (coffee pods, apples and a bottle of wine). Beautiful, small apartment in Immenstaad with sauna and fully equipped kitchen. The host gives valuable excursion tips about the area. The shore of Lake Constance is only about 100 m away on foot, we were stand-up paddles, that was perfect :)

Very spacious and modern apartment. You can see the lake from the balcony. The bathroom is very large, optimal comfort. We felt very comfortable in this accommodation and our 18-month-old also saw all the space in the accommodation. I would recommend it without so much as a second thought! 🤩👍
