Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Alexandros war super freundlich, immer gut erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Terrasse und in der Nebensaison ist es hier herrlich ruhig. Gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful stay in Skiathos! The host was fantastic — very welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The apartment, a cosy basement space, was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The real highlight was the stunning garden overlooking the Aegean Sea — absolutely breathtaking and the perfect place to relax. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back. 5 stars!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Niki qui nous a très bien accueillis. L’appartement est fonctionnel, décoré avec goût et parfaitement situé pour profiter des différentes activités de l’île : plages, randonnées, centre ville et excursions en bateau … Nous recommandons fortement cette adresse. Olga was a great host, was quick to respond and had great recommendations for the surrounding areas. The apartment had everything we needed and even more, like games, cards and an umbrella we could take to the beach. It was an overall great experience

Η διαμονή μας ήταν άριστη! Επισκεφθηκαμε το μέρος με δύο παιδιά (2 ετών και 3 μηνών) και το studio μας βόλεψε πολύ, με κούνια για το μωρό και υπέροχη βεράντα μέσα σε πλούσια βλάστηση! Πολύ προσεγμένο και καθαρό δωμάτιο! Και η κυρία Ζηνα πολύ πρόσχαρη και φιλική! Θα το επισκεπτομασταν ξανά σίγουρα! Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία!!!

Our stay at this house in Pelion was simply amazing. Nestled in a tranquil setting, surrounded by forest, the large garden with trees and a stunning sea view offered the perfect space for relaxation. The swings and sunbeds allowed us to enjoy the outdoors, and we cherished watching the meteor shower with our kids in the evenings—an unforgettable experience. The interior of the house is tastefully decorated and immaculate, showcasing the host's effort and creativity. We immediately felt at home, enjoying the warmth and welcoming atmosphere it provided. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Their hospitality made us feel like part of the family from the moment we arrived until we departed. Overall, we had a perfect holiday and can't wait to return. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking peace, nature, and a cozy retreat. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for making our stay so memorable!

Benny was great at getting in touch and helping with questions before we traveled. On arrival, Benny had told us we would be met at the airport and given guidance on how to get to the property which all went smoothly. The property was in an amazing location, and was generally clean and tidy, with everything working. The property is fairly basic and functional , but we didn’t mind that. Some updates of beach chairs, and a few other tweaks wouldn’t go amiss. Benny’s advice about car hire and restaurants was extremely helpful. Both he and Mike were in touch during our stay to offer help if it was needed. On checking out, we couldn’t locate the bin area so didn’t quite know where to leave the rubbish. We would definitely consider coming back as overall, the balance of location, spec of the property and the price were spot on for our family holiday in late May. Many thanks to Benny, Mike and Jacques for their part in our wonderful family holiday.

Bardzo nam się podobało w domku Georgii. Wszytko było dokładnie tak, jak w ofercie. Czysto, cicho i przytulnie. Jeśli jeszcze kiedykolwiek wybierzemy się na półwysep Pelion, to zdecydowanie chciałbym zatrzymać się w tym miejscu raz jeszcze. Pozdrawiam serdecznie

Great Stay in Skiathos! 🏝️ We had an incredible stay at Kiriaki's place in Skiathos! From the moment we walked in, we loved how charming and cozy the house was. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic—just a short stroll to the beaches, local restaurants and the Old Town, yet still quiet and peaceful. We had a fantastic stay and we'd like to thank Kiriaki for making it so special. We can’t wait to return!

We adored our stay at Thavama Summer House. The location and view from the living room are stunning, and I could have sat there for hours!🌊🍋 The accommodation iwas clean, bright, comfortable and we felt right at home- with everything you need for a stay. The terrace is so lovely to sit out on for any time of day. 💛 The location is peaceful, however there is a kiosk only a 3 minute walk away, a gorgeous beach 5 minutes away, and you are only 10 minutes away from the beautiful town and harbour. We didn’t have a car and everything was so accessible by foot.There is also a bus stop right outside and the bus links are excellent and such a good price! 🐚🚌 Thanasis is such a responsive and friendly host- answering our questions, including about transport from the airport, he came over to show us how to use the thermostat as we asked about this, and had the property cleaned, linens changed, etc, halfway through our stay! 💕 Check-in and finding the house was easy. התארחנו בבית של דימיטריס 5 לילות והייתה לנו שהייה נהדרת! הבית נחמד, מרווח, משקיף על חוף מקסים, שנמצא כ 10 מטר מדלת הבית. המיקום מושלם. היינו בסוף אוקטובר, לא היה איש מלבדנו על החוף, ונהנינו מהשקט ומהרוגע. יש בבית כסאות ים, שמשייה וציוד ים נוסף לשימוש האורחים. דימיטריס נחמד וידידותי, היה זמין ונענה לכל בקשה. מומלץ בחום.

I can definitely recommend this location. It was clean, private, calm, on the countryside and had almost everything you need (kitchen, WiFi, terrace, barbecue place, lemons and grapes on the trees in the garden). Maria is changing the sheets once a week and is cleaning up twice a week. You should only be aware of animal noises (roosters, sheep, dogs, pheasants...) :-) - but this is charming! The next very nice beach and the bus station are about 20 min. by foot, I can recommend a vehicle to go to more far away beaches etc. Maria and her daughter are very friendly and helpful, communication was uncomplicated. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ακριβώς όπως ήταν στις φωτογραφίες, δεν είχαμε κανένα πρόβλημα με την επικοινωνία μας με τους ιδιοκτήτες ,ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να μας λύσουν κάθε απορία μας !

Ospitalità, gentilezza e disponibilita! La mamma ed il papà di Marina sono stati molto cortesi e sempre sorridenti. L’appartamento è uguale alle foto, accogliente e spazioso per 2 persone, non mancava nulla. Fantastico fare la colazione sul terrazzino vista mare! La fermata del bus è la n. 9 e si trova proprio difronte alla villa, il bus fa 28 fermate, si riescono a raggiungere le spiagge più belle, ma la spiaggia difronte alla villa è a 5 minuti a piedi. La villa è in una pozione eccellente per visitare le numerose spiagge nei dintorni e si trova a 10 minuti di bus dal porto di Skiathos. Noi abbiamo preferito noleggiare uno scooter che ci ha dato una grande libertà di spostamento e nel giardino della villa c’è un comodo parcheggio. Vacanza perfetta! He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our visit, offering fantastic local tips and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself is a gem. The balcony is absolutely stunning — the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the beautiful views of the city. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to all that Volos has to offer. It’s just a short walk to the waterfront, shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring this vibrant city. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! First of all, the impeccable cleanliness of the place made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The view from the house is simply stunning, a true haven of peace that invites relaxation. The hosts were incredibly kind and always available to answer our questions and provide us with tips about the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the location is perfect, close to Volos, allowing us to enjoy both the tranquility of the place and the easy access to the city. We highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!
