The accommodation is located in a small village that does not have shops or any social facilities. A peaceful place with friendly locals. As the description says, it is a traditional Greek house, but with everything you need. Immaculately clean and tidy. The hosts are more than friendly, they will meet you with everything you need. There are a large number of beaches nearby that you have to go to with a car. Those who like this type of vacation will enjoy it. Any recommendation for the host and accommodation! Christoforos was very kind and helpful at check in and available to message throughout the trip if we needed any information. One of the best hosts we’ve had. The villa is super clean and has got a lot of character as is decorated with very traditional furniture. The outside alone is worth booking this villa- it is absolutely breathtaking and the loungers by the pool are perfect. If you’re looking for somewhere as a retreat and to really relax in peace away from everyone then this is the place. You can park around 100m away from the house and a scenic walk down to the property. I will be returning to this place for sure- it felt like a home at the end of our week. We especially loved Portaria for food and the evening vibe and it is only a 12 minute drive from the property. I would also recommend a small car for Pelion as the roads are quite thin and tight. Overall this place is amazing value for money and we miss it already!

The picturesque taxiarches-square is accessible on foot, only in a few-minutes-walking. We had such a nice time and we would love to come back in the future. We recommend it with no reservations!

The apartment is really cozy, it is in a quiet area and it has everything you need to have a nice experience in the city. Spiros and Sofia are great hosts and we had a great time in Skiathos. We recommend the apartment and host with all our hearts!

Wonderful cabin in beautiful and scenic location. The view from the cabin was particularly nice. Ioannis met us at a central area in town and we followed him by car to the cabin as it is located pretty deep into side roads. There was hot water and all necessary amenities while being pretty compact. There are a number of cats that hang out around the cabin which are a pleasure to play with. There was an additional charge described as a post-booking tax amounting to 8€/day which I was asked to pay in cash in addition to what I paid on Airbnb. The host did mention this before the stay and offered a refund if I did not like this, though it seemed atypical to me having used Airbnb for a long time. Anyway overall a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

The most beautiful locations in Eastern Pilion are nearby such as Milopotamos beach, Fakistra beach, Tsagarada Platia. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazingly kind hosts, contact via their daughter. Nice, clean studio apartment that is quite basic. It has all you need though, and otherwise the owners will help you with anything. Garden view is insane! Please make note: to get to the village, you have to walk steep paths and steps (+-10 mins). Also, don't trust Google Maps too much, learn the route to the 'water spring' and to the Health Centre, and use Maps from there. The small and narrow roads to the house are quite rough if you're not used to it. The region is incredibly beautiful in autumn, but be aware some things might be closed because it's off season. All in all, we hope to be back :-)

For those who want to relax while at the same time they want to go to shops and see the center! Perfect place for winter and summer! From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

+We were greeted by Mrs. Katerina, who was very helpful. She showed us the house and suggested places to eat. When we had trouble lighting the fireplace wood, which was fresh from the humidity and the rain, immediately brought us dry and helped us light it +The house was warm, there was a heater and air conditioning for heating(Additional mats need to be added in the living room and in the kitchen, as a large surface was uncovered,so prohibitive for children playing downstairs) +The balcony overlooked the sea + Bathroom very nice, recently renovated(A curtain in the window is a must) +The kitchen in great condition(You'll need to add a toaster, some oil and salt) +The french door of the living room and bathroom window were aluminum, unlike the windows in the bedrooms that were classic wooden. Wooden and the main entrance, which needs to be repaired. I highly recommend it, we'll do it again!! Thanks for the stay !!

We are absolutely in love!!! What a lovely and lovingly furnished house. We can't believe such a little gem is left to strangers. We were very reluctant to leave and will definitely be back. The house is super cozy and tastefully furnished, everything is super clean and in very good condition - there is everything you need in very good quality (from kitchen utensils, nice dishes, hairdryer, extra blankets, pillows etc.). Florian is super nice and was always quickly available. There was very detailed information about the house, all technical equipment, tours in the area and tips for restaurants. We also liked the surroundings very much - even in rain and gray skies it was great! In summer, the house in this wonderful location with all the possibilities for various activities must be just a dream! Dear Florian, thank you for the wonderful time - we will be happy to come back!

This is our second stay at this accommodation and we will try to book it again for next year as soon as we know the dates. There was a problem with the electrical supply (from outside of the property itself). We contacted the host and the problem was solved in remarkably quick time (involving several workers, a cherry picker, all replacing overhead cables). The hosts father kept us informed and made sure we were Okay. Such nice, friendly, helpful people who go over and above what is reasonably expected! Thank you!

The home is beautiful inside and out with all the amenities you could need. Relax when it's cold outside in the hot tub whilst watching the sunset and let all your worries melt away. Great accommodation! The apartament is very roomy with 3 large bedroom, plenty of storage space and a nice and large living room with dining and reading areas. All beds are comfy and the apartment’s design is modern with much light during the day. The balconies are large and perfect to have breakfast. The bathrooms are clean and modern and the kitchen is equipped to cook a quick meal. The building is quiet with just 2 apartments on each floor. The biggest feature for us was the parking area. There are 2 private parking spots, one shaded and one outside. The host nice and helpful and we will definitely be back in Volos! Thanks, Chris!

We had a wonderful time staying at the place. It was very quiet and everything as described. There's a huge outdoor area and we could heat a little inside when it got cooler. A few meters away on foot, we were able to park the car well. The washing machine was also very convenient for us. We would recommend anytime!

We loved our stay in nasia’s amazing place. It was pure peace with an absolutely amazing beach just a few steps away. Our stay at Andreas’ place was fantastic! The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, tidy, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect vacation. Andreas was an excellent host, always available to answer any questions and ready to assist with any request, making our stay incredibly smooth and pleasant. The property is just a short walk from the sea, and the beach nearby is wonderful. Highly recommended, and we would love to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at iris sea view. Thanos was a perfect host. Meeting us in the evening to direct us back to the house, smooth check in and delivering us oranges. Also received massage which was wonderful. The terrace is a beautiful sun spot in the afternoon, Afissos has a lovely beach. It was quiet as out of season, but the supermarket is open so you can get supplies. Lefokastro has a good taverna, still open in winter. I would love to come back again and stay for longer next time. What to say about Villa Karerina....we will be forever comparing other villas to this one as it was perfect! Charming host who couldn't do enough for us and everything we asked for she sorted. We spent more time at the villa than planned as we couldn't drag ourselves away. Pool was fantastic and views out of this world; watching the planes taking off and land were mesmerising. The villa was well equipped and a supermarket walkable in about half an hour with a taxi back as there is a steep hill to walk back up with shopping bags, so wouldn't recommend doing that unless you are extremely fit. Villa is very private and taxi rides not massively expensive into town, only a 10 minute drive away. We all highly recommend this villa to others. We can't wait to book again; if we don't next year it would surely be the year after. The views, villa amenities and location were just wonderful and will be ever imprinted on our minds!
