Please enjoy our sweet home with sunlit windows and a great view of Turtle Back Mountain! Walk our beautiful stone-lined Petite Chartres Labyrinth. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, one queen bed and one full bed, 1 bath, and a well-stocked kitchen. The yard is fenced and includes a table and chairs in our covered gazebo. We have great neighbors! A mile to local hot mineral springs, restaurants, and shops. Small enough to be cozy, big enough to be comfortable! Bring one small pet for a $25 fee.

This home, nested in fenced property, not only provides a comfortable secure space after a long day at the beach or on the greens, but Ample parking for your water toys with large wide gates for yard access. This property is on a large lot in the downtown Hot Springs district with great views of Turtleback mountain. One block to the river, the Saturday Farmers market (May-Oct) and shops and restaurants. You have 24 hour access to our large outdoor hot springs tub with healing waters that come out of the aquifer at approx. 106 degrees F! This unit is on the mountain side of the property and has access to the outdoor spaces which include a stage, lots of outdoor seating, and a fire pit.

Welcome to Sunny Daze Getaway. Mins from EB Lake, Sierra del Rio Golf course and downtown TorC. TorC has great shops, Riversbend Spa and brewery only 5 miles away. This small, but cozy, 2 bed/1 bath trailer is a perfect little getaway for a couple or small family.
