Wendy was a great host and provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants. She replied promptly to any requests and checked in with us each time she saw us on the property. The bus was a fun alternative to the usual AirBnB options and we definitely enjoyed it. It was very comfortable and had plenty of space for the 2 of us. The location was very convenient and we were able to walk to meals and the great local brewery. The highlight of our stay was the awesome hot springs fed soaking tub. It was large and comfortable and the system for alternating times with other guests on the property gave it a very private feel. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

We loved our stay and enjoyed the decor! The bathtub, beds & bedding were very nice and comfortable. Molly thinks of everything even coffee. I got to meet her and she is a sweet heart. We will stay here if we are ever in the area again!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets, making it a perfect home away from home. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the lake, which made it easy to enjoy the beautiful scenery and outdoor activities. It was the perfect spot for our family trip, providing ample space for everyone to relax and unwind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. We look forward to returning in the future! Also - Trish is such a wonderful host. We had some boat troubles the day we checked out, and Trish let us work out our boat troubles.

A one of a kind place in the heart of T or C. Very quiet. The attention to detail was almost overwhelming in a good way. Original (good) art on the walls. Each space was very well thought out and functional. This is the only place to stay in T or C through my experiences in the town. A jewel within a jewel. The living space within this special town. Thank you. 🙏

It's a lovely little appartment, very private with a Beautiful shared courtyard with lots of trees and birds. The tub was very relaxing and private. Phyllis and her son were very responsive. It's walking distance to main street and very close to a little river park. I can definitely recommend it.

Rick's place is definitely what we were looking for. We came out for Easter weekend with the boat weather was terrible Rick let us park the boat on the side of the property because we didn't launch the boat. the place is so cute and prestige, great location and great atmosphere the home has everything you need. We will definitely be back. thank you Rick for everything.

Lee Ann's house is beautiful! She thought of everything. So many little details. We felt right at home. Beds were very comfortable. That is very important to me. If I ever come back to this area, I definitely would love to stay here again!

Loved this place! The hot spring spa is AMAZING! Sarah is a great host. We booked last minute and she had the hot spring ready for us when we arrived! Would 10/10 recommend staying here! Can’t wait to visit again!

This was a breathtaking and serene spot on the river. The house was pleasant and clean and the hot tub and river frontage were unparalleled. We can’t wait to go back!

This place was exactly what we were looking for in T or C. The location was within walking distance to the downtown area and all the springs. There was intentional thought put into this space. Very comfortable. The full kitchen was great to cook our own meals in. Great water pressure and hot water in the house. I would recommend this to a friend, 100%. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

April's place was perfect as we were only 5 min from the friend we were visiting. Clean, nice 2 bedrooms, just like the pictures. Has everything you need. Outside fireplace, hammock. Fantastic sunsets. There was an interruption of Internet, not her fault, was just in the area but she felt bad and gave us a credit. We would definitely stay again.

The place is beautiful and quiet! So close to Elephant Butte, the hot springs, and shopping. Could not ask for a better place to vacay.
